Forget the damned shoes!! Look at those hands!! Yes, he was perfectly built for the athleticism of basketball at the guard position; and he was the most fundamentally sound great player of all time. But his hands were the finishing touch, incredibly large relative to his height with a wrist to fingertip length and finger spanning width just a tiny fraction smaller than that of Wilt Chamberlain. They were the key to his unmatched ball skills. Off the dribble he didn’t need to bring his off hand over to gain immediate control, he could simply open it all up and the ball was the proverbial fly in a trap.

That really sucked that these shoes were banned by the NBA back in the day!!! Even up to this day they still look very very awesome!!! They are a very iconic pair of shoes that's for sure!!! Considering that the NBA banned them they should have a higher value to them if they don't already just for that reason!!! 👌👌👌
They were banned since they didn’t have any white on it, so he was fined 5000 dollars each time he wore them in a game, so Nike instead of changing color or giving him different pair, they just let him use it as Nike pays the fines
