Why would someone not want to cook Steamers?
I see several problems here
They would rather order in a restaurant. So watching how to eat (5:20) would still be helpful.
I love steamer clams. I totally agree with you.
Great instructions, Cant wait to try it for myself!
Hope you enjoy!
Hi chef B did you use fresh or precooked chicken breast or thighs?
I used chicken breast that I grilled earlier.
Yes! Go chef!!!

Great tips! Keep making videos!
Parmesan cheese does not go in Chicken French and the original recipe uses sherry instead of white wine.
True true but sometimes you got to mix it up a bit.
Hey cruncle
Hey buddy.
Yummyyyyyy 😍😍😍😍😋😋😋
Would the chicken not be overcooked? Other chefs remove the chicken and then make the sauce. On the other hand, he fries it very briefly at a high heat, so maybe it's fine, but probably quite difficult to get right for an amateur.
Dreadful audio. Un watchable.
great to see Steve Buscemi's kid doing his own thing

What’s up Chef? It’s Wayne from the resort (banquets). Where are you at these days?
Hi Wayne, we had a good time back then.
piggy back on Allisons question, do we have to check the temperature on each piece or just checking to see if they are thoroughly cooked is sufficient. Also what if I don't have one of those racks, can I just take them out and let them sit on a backing sheet?
Chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Using a thermometer to check this is the safest practice. If you don’t have a rack you can put the chicken directly on the pan.
this will help while at home, thanks. God Bless!
Love this. How long do you cook each batch?
You want to make sure the chicken is not cut too thick. 1/8 of an inch thick max. Cook until golden brown about 6 minutes.
do you prefer gas or electric?
Gas no question.
LOL @1:43
my grandfather used to do this! Thanks for the tips though Chef Brett!
nice!
It looks good but did he cook the spinach long enough ? I'm going to try his cooking . Loved rolling the butter in flour to make a light rue !

Yeh, this is the right video for French Chicken. I've seen 7 today, and even though this one is a little hard to hear, it's the one I decided to keep because (1) he cooked the chicken right, (2) he gave me a tip for cooking pasta ahead, and (3) he plated up a full dinner with the wilted spinach. That's a pretty plate, too. I garnished with roasted red peppers to make a red, white, and green plate. Chicken Francaise is actually an Italian-American dish. Also see Daddy Jack's version without added chicken both at czcams.com/video/YR4yfOYa0dg/video.html or check out Chef John's video. They're both masterful, too.
if the chicken doesn't do yoga than it can't be any good.
Love it thanks
It looks so good,i want to reach in the screen and grab the plate.LOL I have to try this dish.Thank you.
Brilliant!! Can't wait to try it
Thanks for making me hungry.
