8:00 - 8:22 30 years later, I still find that to be one of the most beautiful brass moments in all of DCI history.

Crazy to look back at this show and know that Troopers current drill writer is somewhere in that baritone section at age 14/15.

Thanks for posting! This was my rookie year, I was 15, and I was on the end of the z-pull. This is the first time I've seen the high camera in decades. What an amazing drill. Zingali was so far ahead of ]his time, and the Jim Prime arrangements are to this day the best ever written for drum corps. wow.

The sound of these horns... I mean wedding bells, made my day. The melos in the closer made some areas of my relationship very moist. Great show kids!

I marched bass drum #3 that year. I’ll never forget when they told us about the accident and Jim’s passing.

Stunning visual and music program. This goes without saying, but this is one of Spirits best shows ever preformed. So much emotion shown on the field that night. Jim Ott’s legacy will never be forgotten.

god, it’s so disappointing when the corps as an ensemble sound incredible and then a trio or soloist completely obliterate parts of the Music. I get completely distracted for the rest of the show. they gotta figure that out.. get people who can actually play the parts.. trumpet soloist sounds god awful every time he plays in any part of the show. it’s embarrassing
