      Hi... this is semi soft pudding recipe. Do not worry, If you have not added additional water to the recipe or have not added mangoes to the hot or warm mixture, It will not get watery at all.

      Hi thanks for trying our recipe. there might be couple of reasons - Aapka dough agar bahut zayada soft hoga to bhi gulab jamun pichak jate h. Dusra agar gulab jamun ko chasni main overlap kar denge to bhi wo dab jate h aur agar garam chasni main cover kar dete h to bhi pichak sakte h. In sab points ko dhyan rakhe practice se aapke gulab jamun next time aur badiya banege. Hope this solves your query.
