I have bought 0 to 3 month baby clothes. According to the shoe size. I cut them up the back and Velcro them.
She looks absolutely Gorgeous!😍❤️🥰
She's cute! Always great to see you. Thanks for inviting us into your school office. :) Thanks for the review! I would agree with you that I would have expected her to have been vinyl and bath safe.
She really turned out beautifully! She's so cute!!!!
I have never bought from Goodwill's website because shipping is never stated upfront. Your doll is really very cute, and her eyes might be flirty if fixed!
I didn’t realize Battat even made baby dolls! That’s nice to know for Our Generation doll fans! Thank you for the review!
Why call dolls creepy? Don't we hear this enough outside doll circles?
Those are her original clothes!!!please preserve the with her! They add so much to her value!
Eu amo essas bonecas e também amo os seus videos, muito obrigada
Amiga meu sonho é ter uma boneca American Girl, mas aqui no Brasil é um valor muito alto...como essa boneca é linda, é a sua preferida também?
Hi you did say if you used a primer on the face and what kind of face paint was used.?? Please respond thankyou
She looks amazing 🤩👏💗🫶 love the life you put back into her and that dress on her is too cute!
Thank you! 🙏
I agree. Old books are much better than the internet. The internet seems to have much more on new plastic dolls and face ups. There were great doll books in the 70s-80s. Rosemary is a treasure! Wonderful condition for her age!
You did a very nice job fixing up Rosemarie. I am not as familiar with this era of dolls but she sure looks like that picture you found. I agree that doll research from books can often be better than the internet. Her hair turned out beautiful. You breathed new life into her! Was her original dress salvageable to go with the shoes? Thanks so much for showing us!
Io avrei sostituito l'imbottitura e avrei lavato il corpo.
Her padding and cloth was clean so it really didn't need it. A lot of these old Compo dolls have nasty cloth though but not her
She's really pretty! I love Effanbee dolls. I was able to order the book you are using. They are so handy to have.
Thay are really so beautiful now ❤
Annette Himstedt 22” Boy Doll TIMI from the Heartland Collection 1987 what is the proper way to clean these dolls?
Aww 🥰 loved her restoration! It’s soothing watching you work as the music plays. I noticed when you were talking in the beginning, you kind of started rocking her and thought aww she’s used to rocking her own babies! She’s so lovely! Another great video! 💗
She looks perfectly preserved and well loved too. You did a marvelous job!
She is such a cutie! I had never heard of a Patsy Joan doll before your giant unboxing video. It was so interesting to see your process of preserving her. You did a wonderful job. The hair looks great. I’m glad you kept her face original. 🙏🥰
Thank you! Yes her face was already perfect, I didn't dare want to mess with it
She's beautiful! Well done!
That second doll looks a bit like Little Orphan Annie.
She is gorgeous! Even at $40, you got a great deal.
I have a Jenny that needs a lot of love and care....please help
This was wonderful! So interesting to see so many different types of dolls and watch you discover them all over again. :) I would watch you fix up any doll, so whatever your heart desires, go for it. :) Looking forward to seeing what you decide!
How fun to see you discover your purchases! I would love to see the compo doll with the pretty blue dress fixed up although she looks pretty good. The Patsy Joan is new to me but adorable. Any restoration videos from you are fun to see. I would like to learn how to restore antique bisque dolls. I have one now that I found at a flea market that I will practice on. I’m happy you are back! 😄
You need to do videos on all the dolls (sorry) because since restoration on modern dolls are common but vintage and antique doll restorations are few so your videos will be valuable for future restorers. Nice collection though.
Your Patsy Joan is a valuable one. In the early 40's they redesigned her molded hair and gave her some curls. The one that looks like the other Patsys (like yours) is harder to find.
Ooooo good to know! The hair is why I thought she was a Patsy Ann
Hello! So glad you're back and so nice to meet your new little man. :) Thanks for sharing your life update. I'm so glad you got to work on Beauty and the Beast. My kids' high school has done that musical twice over the last 15 years and it's wonderful. Looking forward to seeing more of you this summer. :)
So happy to see you back and looking so happy and fulfilled. Quinton is a sweetie pie. I’m happy to hear that you will be doing other types of doll content. I absolutely love American girl but I also love to see content on many types of dolls. Fixing up thrifted dolls is interesting to me. I am dying to hear more about the auctions and what treasures you have found. ☺️💕
Quinton is such a cutie pie! And you look really great yourself too! How do we moms do it..... we just do it!! And we do it well!! ha ha. Looking forward to your new videos. Just do them when you can, we understand. When you have your mass box opening (surprise) we will let you know what we would like to see....first. Just take your time and do what feels right. I think just opening the boxes will inspire you. See ya soon.
So happy to see you back!!! ❤️
So looking forward to your videos this summer! 🎉❤ Adore your past doll restorations, and I’m here for it! I wouldn’t mind more Barbie restorations 🥰 And Quinton is absolutely adorable 😍
Did they eyes tighten up after the plastic cooled?
If I send you two cabbage patch dolls with brown eyes could you make them gray. Your work is fantastic.
I have bought 2 things on there that was worth the shipping price. You check the shipping before you bid. Even small things are $12 -$15 ship plus at least $3 handling. I got both items in 3-4 days. That is a doll in very good condition They are supposed to have mohair wigs. You got your $40 worth IMO.
Would you please let me know if I can rotatate the existing eyes up or to the side without removingg the head to fix a bit of a cross eye or moving it up to simply be able to see full iris a bit better? Pleaseeee. Can't find anyone who has mentioned it can be done
If so, I would really really like to see a video on this as I have multiple dolls with eyes been more rotated than the other. Thank you so much!
So nice to see your videos. Not sure how I missed this one. I loved the comment about being a shepherdess and Skipping through a field. I can so relate! ❤
Can you explain or show how you fixed the my twin dollars my granddaughters has same issue. Floppy head.
My Twinn doll of my son had become unscrewed. I didn’t reflux it, but just twisted it back down.
I want to make an Ahsoka Tano out of a Journey Girls "Dana", so finding someone else who wanted to totally change their doll's skin colour is amazing! Thus far, all the suggestions I'd found were pencil crayon.... thank you, she is 18" tall and that's _not_ gonna last. A bottle of orange Riz is much more attainable!
💚💚💚
Awww, your new baby boy is Gorgeous! I love his name Quentin! I’m 3 months late for commenting so I know he is so much bigger now! That little baby doll is so sweet. She was a super find! ❤
Great job on Chatty Cathy. I would like to know what color paint you used on her arms and legs. Thanks
She is so pretty!!!😊
Can you tell me what brand doll eyes are these pretty please. I need to replace an OG dolls broken eyes. Thanks so much.
They were Dallas doll co eyes and unfortunately she no longer sells them, however, BBeauty Designs sells ones that are very similar.
My daughter’s My Twinn was also split down the back in the exact same spot & manner that yours arrived in. I never opened her stitching, & the doll also had a wobbly head. I removed the zip tie holding the head, which allowed me to diagnose a glue failure. Upon discussing with my daughter, the wobbly head is why she stopped playing with the doll. The joint where the custom head was glued to the “head base” which is attached to the spine, had come loose. I removed the old glue, and am now ready to glue the head back onto its base. I am not sure what glue to use, though. Any help would be appreciated. I will of course, stitch the back closed, and she will be as good as new for my granddaughter.
Thank you so much for this video! So very informative. I wondered what happened to the My Twinn dolls. I am repairing my daughter’s My Twinn to give to my Granddaughter who is her mini. You really helped a lot!
So the AG version was just 2 outfits (Clara and the nutcracker prince) so there weren’t actual dolls they were just limited edition costumes. Meaning you could put them on any doll. The only actual nutcracker doll they made was the purple sugarplum fairy doll and the rest were all just costumes
i love her eyes the way they are
