finally got a fractal 75mm build put together again. x12 flight controller from a mobula7, tinywhoop 802 onsie motors 23.5kkv, fat pinch wide angle camera, triblade props, prop guards cut from a meteor frame. running quicksilver firmware. handles great.

The vet officially diagnosed Popcorn as being "dumb as a box of rocks." He keeps sneaking outside and getting fleas and stickers stuck in his fur. He wants to be a wild boy but he's just not built for it. Gonna get him a haircut and deflead this week.

I love this hobby a lot , the only time i had my doubts was when i entered professional racing , it hurt my wallet far too much to the point of taking up more of my income than i found ever being comfortable dealing with, even with a propeller sponsor, thats when i draw the line

What goggles do you recommend for analog?
I hate the mob 8. I had one with walksnail about 5 months ago, the frames break of I look at it the wrong way. It occasionally does a flyaway when taking off. Because it is so fragile it has killed 2 fc's and 2 walksnail vtx's. I switched to the betafpv meteor 85, which for me is so much better, crashed it loads without issue I just bought a used mob 8 because it was real cheap, has the same occaisionl flyaway issues and broken my first frame within 2 days. I will transfer all the parts to another rmeteor 85 frame

Man, we used to write our own websites back in high school, and then when Macromedia Flash became a big thing and they took down Geocities and Angelfire html stopped being commonplace, and now you got programs that write it for you. Wow, times sure have changed....
next time just use canva it's way easier.

for anyone going through the comments who can't afford to send the pages off to professional printers, you can make a zine yourself. all you need is to follow a 1-into-8 page template (you can also do more pages, up to 18) and print your design (b&w is usually cheapest) onto A4 paper. cut and fold and then you have your finished zine! if you wanted bigger sized paper, you can print two pages on A4 paper, fold each in half, and staple twice at the center seam of the stacked pages.

How do you do the layout portion? Ive got the content in docs, but dont know how to get a zine template
I use Adobe InDesign. I'm lucky enough to have access to it through my job. A more affordable layout software is affinity publisher. I've seen some nice layout done in Google docs even

Lol, that's how happy model had it listed and I thought it'd be funny to call it that
I've had to replace the frame once but mainly because I bent it and the prop would hit and when it wasn't hitting the frame it sliced thru my vtx connection. I have it with an O3 and love flying it. It's a fun little quad to fly but never heard of or even tried QuickSilver so I'm curious now. I want to find out more.
What do you think the max carry weight might be?
I wouldn't want to try anything heavier than the insta360 but it handles that pretty well. The motors scream a bit louder though
