    The pic you show can easily be found on google. My problem is this: The little diagram on the side of my relay shows 85, 86, 87, & 30. The pins, however, are numbered 85, 86, 87, & 87a. ??? Is 87a the same as 30? If so, why can't these genius electrical engineers be consistant by putting either 30 on both the diagram AND the pin OR put 87a on both the diagram AND the pin??? Why do they have to make life so confusing for us electrical nerds??

    This was the first thing I cut out of my life when I decided to lose some weight and started tracking my calories. I was shocked to discover I put about 200 calories of International Delight French Vanilla creamer in every cup of coffee I had. A year later I now like my coffee black, but it took a long time to adjust to the less sweet flavor.

    Id your accessories have a ground aswell can you ground both relay and accessories to the battery negative or should you ground the relay to the battery and the accessorie to a bolt

      I prove it everyday! In fact, I prove it on video with the data from the biometric scale. Fad diets are just unnecessary restrictive habits pushed by ass-hats selling books, begging for views or too weak to just learn how to eat the foods they love. I just weighed myself on the same scale I use for years. Down to 22 BMI, 11.9% Body fat, up to 20.1% protein, 63.6% body water. Coming off Keto/Carnivore style of eating last February has been the best thing I ever did for my body. Eat a fukin’ potato (I did last night with a 12oz chopped steak and green beans with a nice big salad!). ROAR 🐯

      @@DansHealthyVlog look im not trying to take sides in here im also believe in moderation. i do keto for 1 week and also doing carnivore for another week i try to be on everything and i love fasting too and keep my moderation everytime. but the actual evil in this story is insulin spike and what increases insulin? yes refined carbs! i literally cured my type 2 diabetes with this method and my blood test is even better than an average considered "healthy" person (according to my doctor and my blood test)

      But do you tell people fruits and vegetables are trying to kill them? Also, shredded is easy. . Anyone reducing calories and especially processed garbage can be “shredded”. Not putting you down, just saying. Fad diets are not necessary. Might be fun to do and tell people you belong to a certain group, but definitely not necessary.

That's not an opinion, that's science. For most people the satiety of a carnivore eating style is what works. Most people with weight problems are insulin resistant and carbohydrates make it difficult to cut calories or fast for long periods of time. This is why protein and fats are helpful in that department. Like I said different strokes for different folks. Your body type allows you to eat more carbohydrates and you're welcome to it.     Your claim about the fact that our bodies don't process over 30g of protein per setting, not only doesn't make sense from the way the nature operates, but also has been debunked. This is the newest study where they compared people with 30g of protein intake vs 100g of protein intake. And low and behold the 100g had higher protein muscle synthesis that last well into the 12hour period as opposed to the 30g group. Out goes your whole: "science has proven that our bodies was everything above 30g protein intake" Link: czcams.com/video/61lhI8dBy4w/video.html You not being able to put on muscle, isn't because of carbs, but low T and the dead give away is the voice: super high pitched and annoying, which are female like aka low T. Work on that and the muscle will follow.

      I did not say it does not what I said was efficiently process much more than 30 to 35 g of protein. The rest goes out the body or gets stored as fat. That’s why even carnivores take shits. And if I didn’t say it in this video, then I said it in many others, even Dr. Berg the keto guru himself who said don’t eat fruits and vegetables that’s why they make supplements that anything over 6 ounces of protein in one serving is only going to spike your insulin and store fat on the body. So even his own words go against the whole carnivore meat to the face meal plan. Sometimes you have to look at common sense and ignore the dumbasses with CZcams videos that call themselves Doctors

I added carbs back into my diet and I am damn near twice the size of when I was keto. Look at the before and after pictures.       Of course he would. He does videos with titles like carnivore crack and bull crap like that in order to get clicks. It’s nothing more than beef jerky. All that fad diet crap is garbage and incredibly unnecessary. Thank God I stopped doing that restrictive eating garbage. I’m in the best shape of my life and look better than I ever have. I’m actually in the middle of posting a video right now showing what I looked like on the peak of keto and what I look like today.

    Follow the money! Theres nothing you can push or sell to someone on a carnivore diet. They eat meat like everyone else. Therefore why would anyone invest in a long-term study? Theres no money to be made proving it one way or the other. No big business backing. The healthcare system doesnt make money by teaching you to be healthier. Go into a grocery store and take note of everything that was processed and made specifically to sell you, the consumer for profit. Even your "natural" fruits and vegetables that are farmed to look beautiful for you when its on the shelf. Everyone should strive to stay away from processed foods and live healthy in whichever way they can. Your diet is a way of life. I love to see anyone making good healthy decisions for themselves. God Bless America for affording us this right!

ANY DIET that reduces processed foods and garbage will work especially when you increase activity. But to tell the public one can no longer eat any fruits or vegetables and will get EVERYTHING the body needs with just beef eggs bacon and butter is down-right criminal.     Everyone knows brown rice is absolutely terrible. If you're going to eat inflammatory and non nutritive carbohydrates in the form of rice, keep it white. But rice should be avoided completely as there's no nutritional value. You're just causing increased insulin response.

      @@DansHealthyVlog with all due respect just because your diet works for you doesn't mean that it works for everybody. Due to genetic diversity in different issues. I have friends that they're autoimmune diseases have ceased to be a problem once they went on carnivore

    Both diets work. Main thing is to stay away from processed foods. It sounded like you said you lost muscle on keto and then started working out after going back to carbs? Muscle disappears when you quit working out regardless of diet.

      No I worked out a lot on keto. The pic here of me and my son is me on Keto at 145. Lost a few more pounds and quit that shit. Now I am much fuller, way stronger, and eat pretty much whatever I want when I want from where ever I am! But yes, ANY diet works when the dieter is disciplined to avoid the processed garbage and eat only Whole Foods (or at least mostly). That’s the entire point of most of my content. No, carnivore is NOT the reason… self discipline is. Just ask a vegan with equally impressive results!
