Need to make a change at the four, either start duop or McVeigh and patty need to start on bench with exum, giddey and Dyson the other starters alongside jock. We need offence and Kay and Magnay bring nothing, Magnay looked lost against giannis. Swap Kay in for landale to give him a breather and flip McVeigh and duop at the 4.

It's almost unfathomable that we lost this game. Complete polar opposite performances by quarter. Gave Greece 28 points in a quarter, then gave them 9. Nine points only is amazing defence, they locked in so hard. Imagine how dominant they could be if they played D like that consistently.

Boomers have played poorly in patches, and the lack of chemistry shows at times. The inconsistency is my concern moving forward. If they play that way in the QF, I expect our hope for a medal will be done this Olympics.

Kay is a liability on both ends of the floor especially against NBA talent teams. I will spew if I see Kay guard Giannis... easiest 50 he will ever get... Playing Mills over Dante was idiotic. I rather see us try Duop on court with Landale over Kay as power forward. At least Duop can stretch the floor while adding size on both sides of the floor. Would of rather have Cook over any of the bigs beside Jock... Anyways we dug our own grave at the selection table. i want to see lineup of Giddy, Dante, Dyson, Green/Duop/McVeigh and Jock. With Patty and Green leading the second unit. Matisse, Cook and even Goulding should of been selected. Over the obvious Old Boys club selections. Do that shit at the lower tier international comp. This is the Olympics you bring your best 12 to win a medal. We can literally field a team with only NBA and Europe pro players... This ain't 1992 where we only have 1 NBA player and where we be lucky to finish top 10. With the talent Australia have minimum we should medal. I think there was a lot of pressure on Australia going into this match. Australia went with the players that have performed in the last month but the Canadians manned up to them really well put a lot of pressure on each of the Aussie five and tonight the offence didn't work. I think version of an Andrew Bogut could have intimidated the Canadian attack to the rim but at the moment we don't have a quality big centre. It was disappointing Patty Mills had a cold hand, 2 for 14? I guess that's the pressure.
