No idea. I never really new that there was different kinds of the same cal. I new different manufacturers. I'm not that knowledgeable about guns. My ex-husband inherited a bunch of guns. He hated it so i took it as my personal one. I never really carried much. But the way the world is getting i feel like I need to start getting serious.

The medical education standard for the us military is a curriculum called TCCC tactical combat casualty care. As far as field aide is concerned, there are only a small number of procedures recommended. Bleeding and airway control. There are only so many front line tools for this. The meds in the kit cover all the bases for the tools for these procedures, enough to treat 2 causalities for most injuries. Medics use the MARCH algorithm to prioritize treatment. Massive hemorrhage, airway, respiration, circulation, hypothermia. We tourniquet limbs, pack junctions, and seal the box. I’ll put out a video on this in more detail.

National Tactical Officers Associations sets tier designations for swat teams based on capabilities and other standards. A tier 1 team has 30+ members, aerial insertion, maritime, hostage rescue, and other tactical certifications and capabilities. A senior operator has 5-9 years experience. A master operator has 10+.

I actually had the Gucci cro narc case but was apprehensive of breaking vials from the soft side, so I exchanged it for a mini pelican with lock, it was way cheaper and works quite well for me. I run my narcs and med admin stuff out of a fanny pack or cargo pocket to keep it on body.

I’ve got a video on my channel of the viktos sling bag and it’s big enough to receive my kydex CC holster and it’s my preferred edc bag for most occasions. Pretty much running this for the gym or beach. That being said I’m sure there are some good kydex trigger guards that would work well in here, I just don’t have one yet.

There are LOTS of holster/trigger guard option that would work just fine and be perfectly safe.

Good to know. In any case, without the proper training and education, you should never needle decompress someone. If done incorrectly, can cause or aggravate already serious injury, as well as opening yourself up to legal liability. I’ve seen several trained paramedics botch decompressions and tension pneumothorax is one of the most misdiagnosed traumatic injuries in the field. That being said, if you know what you’re doing Godspeed and good luck. 👍🏼

I personally carry hot, so long as the gun is contained by a quality holster designed to guard the trigger, but I also have a decade of high level training. I don’t recommend random people do things that are potentially dangerous unless they have the proper training and equipment. For the experienced shooter with the proper equipment, I agree with you 100%.

I’ve got a mini dangler but being up and down into vehicles I find it somewhat uncomfortable. I swapped it for a spiritus systems Fanny sack that I can slide around or snap off easy.

The entire trade show was pretty impressive.

@@disposabull seems more likely they may actually culpable. It was the perfect pretext to seize power, go to war, and expand their border. Governments love to instigate, orchestrate, or facilitate that sort of thing to centralize power and manufacture public consent. I can’t think of a single logical or probable scenario where a 7 hour response makes sense.
