Weight is not my problem. Tea seems to trigger it for me. I’m going to try and stop tea. Funny thing is that in Europe, I can drink coffee but in America it kills my stomach.

Yea in wondering about this. Every morning if I drink orange juice or take a tablespoon of honey my blood sugar will spike to 190 within 20-30 mins, then within a hour it’s already coming back down. I’m lean and my fasting insulin is 3.4, does these spikes every morning mean anything bad. Because they always check the 1-2 hour window, but what about the spikes in the 20-30 mins 😂

Thank you! I was around 109 or so when I started the Keto diet on January 1, 2024 and this is the first time I've taken my blood sugar test: 92!!! I have a friend in the UK who is no longer on diabetes meds bc of the Keto diet.

I use it on regular basis when I discontinue this medicine then I feel some hallucinations at night and I can't sleep 😢

I have been taking it off and on for several years now. I take it if I have something complicated to figure out (I do software design engineering). It works super well for this kind of work. But if I mix it with alcohol I can turn into a raving lunatic. Ha ha. Stay away from alcohol when you take this stuff!

I am on this for asthma and due to I cannot afford a steroidal inhaler I am staying on it, I will say Ihave had thoughts I don't feel are my own and now I know why, however, it works so well and it allows me to work out so I am really going into counseling again and working on my thought patterns since at the end of the day its our thought patterns that create our reality. The biggest fallacy about Lexapro is about it being weight neutral. This is absolutely not true. Hop on any Lex user forum and see that the majority of users, at any dosage, experience weight gain of 15lbs. or more. It is frustrating that professionals will not acknowledge this. It is real.

This is good to know. I use Tylenol PM a lot because sleeping can be the only thing that helps with my headaches. My doctor prescribed Meloxicam for my joint pain, and he said it might also help with my headaches.

Quite surprised to see that old drugs like losartan and omeprazole are still big in the US trade (even for a 2020 video). I switched from omeprazole to esomeprazole (genuine Swedish production) more than twenty years ago, and the difference was huge. By now, I guess, generic omeprazole and losartan survive only due to their ridiculous prices - 1-2-3 dollars US for a monthly supply in my country, but more often issued free in clinics. But then the newer drugs, even first-source original, cost only a few dollars more, so the choice is simple.
