I got the vinyl LP .. since i was 15 ... with the bicycle race three-fold poster hidden in the inside sleeve ... 6:22 : " Get on your bikes and ride ! " ... The choosen girls who appear on this picture are all gorgeous ... From a band composed of three queers and one straight, it is a bit appaling : isn't it ? Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon, i take a bow before the magnificent talent of yours ♥ PS : when i was a teenager, i had the opportunity to play drums in my bedroom ... it was either Genesis or Queen that was played on my brother's Hifi equipment, with the loudspeakers brought in my room next to his ... best moments of my life, after school ... worst moments for the neighbours living on the floor above ... Roger Taylor and Phil Collins taught me how to play drums, but i'm a tiny little shit of a drummer compared to them, honest !

I still remember seeing in at the Swansea Mall theater in Massachusetts. I was 11 so it was all just about perfect.

Para mi uno de los mejores discos de Queen o el mejor!!! Y el último bueno!!! Lo demás, música comercial de los 80!!! Caen en calidad casi todos los grupos de rock. Comienzan a ser más comerciales a partir del año 1980.

Queen were much influenced by Led Zeppelin, one can feel the influence especially on their first three albums, but at the same time they had their own identity, i consider Freddie Mercury as the greatest vocalist in history and the best performer live, Queen were a great band while Freddie was alive and could sing, they were still a great band even after they stopped to play live because i had Freddie on vocals, the Queen that toured with Paul Rodgers and recorded one studio album with him was a nice try but it is not Queen anymore, i've heard that Brian and Roger want to recoed a new album with Adam Lambert, i think it's not a good idea, thanks for sharing.

I had the flu when this came out, so all I did all day long was listen to the radio and read comic books. They played songs from this all day long, too.

Gran disco de Queen. La dupla Mercury May en un gran momento. Deacon un muro como siempre y la batería de Taylor con un sonido gigante. Muchanostalgia Deuna época en dónde la música estaba hecha por músicos y no por estos payasos del reggaeton. Indicative of the artistic struggles within the band. I have been a queen addict since my teens but in retrospect I can see the ructions.

I absolutely loved this album. I had a little portable ITT tape player when I was 9, when Sheer Heart Attack first came out and the first time I heard Brighton Rock: Wow!! It meant that the Sheer Heart Attack album got the heaviest rotation out of all the stuff I was listening to back then. I would play the album 6, 7 times in a row and when it'd finish I'd flip the tape over and put it straight back in and hit play...

I forgot how much I used to like this album. Still do, turns out😉. Thank you! Anyway, I have to mention the messed up song order here: Modern Times is not in it's proper place - should follow The Night... Copyright reasons?
