The answer : Dry your filament. Part 2 baiting blows.
This video is brilliant and great food for the engineering mind. Thank you. Was really enjoyable to watch. It also brings out one basic premise. A lot of people spend a lot of time and effort to make their cheap Ender 3 Pro (or insert similar) printer try to print absolutely perfect prints. They forget that everything in such a cheap printer is, must be, a compromise. All the systems have large tolerances and there no closed loop feedback in any of the systems. Everything is unidirectional open loop. The drives push filament. The unit has no way of knowing what is being extruded. It also has no way of knowing if the drive gear is off centre. It is just trusted at setup that you got the extrusion rate correct and only for that type of filament and removed any drive eccentricties. The x, y, z drivers have no way of knowing the exact co-ordinate of the nozzle. It's only ever a relative estimate from home position. It is just trusted you know how to calibrate the co-ordinates at setup. There is no compensation system. The bed levelling has no feedback. If the springs sag the printer will just keep printing. If the bowden tubes becomes loose, the printer marches on. You bed level with a sheet of paper (whatever that is!) then expect perfect prints? C'mon. If there is z wobble there is no auto compensation, the printer just keeps going. If the frame is not precisely square the printer cannot compensate. We get what we pay for then are disappointed with the results and then spend the next year spending more money and time on upgrades to manage our expectations for printers that were never designed to be high accuracy, tight tolerance closed feedback systems to begin with. Yet we dream of absolutely flawless and pristine prints, forever, without post processing..... for the little money we paid. Asinine expectation. Your video just highlights this even further.
How did these Olimpycs end up? Rly curious to see any more tests😮
Love the puns! 😂
I came when I saw that 3 render with a mechanical room in the relection
Air tool oil and lucas is a much better choice. Motor oil is a pain with the additive package and air tool oil is much better at preventing corrosion in an open system

I hope you do for K1

DELTA PRINTER HAS NO Z BANDING LOL X/Y PEASANTS
"I will never talk about z wobble ever again"
It would be cool if you do a video of a installing a kit of this tech on say an ender 3?
Do you think now this is as good as input shaper? Very few people use Dynamic Acceleration, I don't know why.
It's sad, CZcams use to be a place of inspiration, ideas and things other people may never get to see, now it's just a place for clickbait, fakes, scammy/spammy and AI generated videos with intent of making lots of money.
Fr fr
Did you also test resonance, with input shaper? CF is tempting, but I'm after print quality more than speed.
I thought the whole point of adding linear rails under the bed was to solve the same issue?
Coolstep for stepper drivers means more power less heat for motors and drivers.
Useless trash video, good job "building suspense", congrats, you earned a well deserved thumbs down loser

So Awesome. On my cart now for my Ender 3 Pro. Thank you
YO MAMA? so much suspense 😮
The legend says he's still waiting for Sanjay's reply on Nextruder.
Beautifull! How did you manage to (auto)Tune the motors on the Z axis? One by one is impossible ofcourse. i have ordered 4 for my Z axis and really want to know!
So much for the hotend testing videos.
I guess you can 3d print anything with a HevORT.
the only thing i can think of now is an extruder servo too....
Poor guy promised not to talk about z wobble again and got hit with the monkey's paw.
I got so exasperated at looking for the cause of my wobbling and banding that, when I discovered that the second lead screw was going through a malaligned flange attached to the backplate, I lost it. Got unlucky with Creality's quality control (or lack of it). I stripped out the lead screws and modded the z movement to use belts instead, driven by a stepping motor on top of the assembly. It rotates a horizontsl bar via a transmission, which provides the vertical movement for the belts. Worked a treat.
you are doing the lords work
But this will improve my prints in my Prusa MK3S+?
The most anticipated project on 3d print CZcams... Cmon bro, we need you!
such a wast of time , stupid guy
I like the artifacts
You are a legend!
Would this work with the Creality K1?
Fantastic work!
Maybe someone already mentioned this, but: if you have a jam in extruder, so your gear just sand of some of filament and wont extrude it further, your jam detection wont work.
CalliSSSEEEE!!!!
Disliked and blocked your channel, such a waste of time.
How did you setting the support? I was impresive just grab then the support release? How?
Did you quit this project?
Would this benefit the Prusa mini?
Hope karma hits you for this trash video.
