Brodie, thank you for thr video. Im getting close to my first start with this SPA manifold and wanted to ask did you buy that downpipe and modify it or was that an off the shelf from SPA?
The Downpipe is from the xspower turbo kits I had it for years it actually fits the spa manifold without any modifications needed. With that being said any Downpipe for a top mount style manifold will work on the spa cast manifold

@@builtalliance2501 the collins kit come with everything. I’m in Canada and the fischracing kit cost 3900 and the Collin’s kits come with everything other then the trans that’s the salve cylinder, drive shaft. Clutch pedal n master cylinder, diff adapter, trans adapter, clutch and fly wheel and more for 4400. It’s more expensive to run a fischracing it which makes no sense at all.

Hey man! Good info on your video. I know you installed the Super V World crank and cam trigger kit in another video. But I see in this one you just have a distributor block off cover. Which I plan to do myself. I'm going to order the Supra V world cop kit. And I'm hit or miss on doing the crank and cam trigger kit. Was your tuner able to pick up the cam and crank signals through your distributor to be able to tune the car I'm only doing the cop kit to basically clean up the engine bay and to do a forward facing intake manifold to also clean up the engine bay . But my Supra is a 96 szr which is the non vvti GE engine so should be the same as your GS. But I also saw in that other video you bought the vvti oil pump to get your crank sensor. My main question is was your tuner able to pick up a good clean cam signal and crank signal from your distributor with just using a block off like what you have, and what I already purchased ?
We did run into issues with the cam signal it was a ground issue with the connector from the kit

Yes when I got tuned off the dizzy but my car was setup like a 2jzgte with the TT mod using a aem v1 so the dizzy was used as a camshaft sensor
@builtalliance2501 I'm sorry, I don't know what the TT mod is. I have a GE head with the distributor hanging out the side. I am doing a cop kit, and a distributor cover. I understand your tuner got the cam signal off of the distributor. How did your tuner get the crank sensor? Off the distributor as well some people said that the GE non vvti has the crank sensor in the oil pump but I looked on my 96 and it's all original, szr, and there is no sensor in the oil pump. I don't think it matters but I have a haltech elite 2500

Did you have to cut the input shaft 1/4 inch? Seen on driftmotion but not 100%sure if I need to with this ar5 would be a perfect time for me to find out if it’s needed before I slap the bellhousing on

Xcessive sells a single driveshaft that bolts directly to the solstice transmission (6bolt flange) as far as vibration goes it’s not bad at all I run stretch tires on my Sc and feel the road honestly no vibrating from the transmission/driveshaft

What block off do you use to cover the distributor hole The kit comes with the freeze plug but it doesn't fit
I used the one that came with the Supra v world kit
