Yo boss I replaced the 2 seals but ran into the little guy with the o ring. The o ring it self is pinched and cause that small cylinder to be pressed in at a angle how do I remove it as you said it fell out mine did not and where can I find the small o ring because I did get a kit that was just 3 piece and did the 2 seals

You didn't show process. I believe it would e better to remove the lines and remove entire unit to work on bench.

I have a question. Some forums say just replace the whole unit because the seal kits don't last. Any updates to how yours is working after the fix?

Do you think the master cylinder will cause all 4 brakes to slightly drag? I can release each one when I open the bleeder screw. Once I drive it for about 3-7 minutes it starts back dragging. I say slightly dragging because I can jack up the truck and turn them by hand with a lot of force. No leaks on the master cylinder or hydro boost. I’ve greased slider pins, bleeding the brakes 3 times, topped off the fluid on both power steering and brake fluid. Power steering is making the whining noise. Pedal is hard not soft. It’s a 2004 Suburban with hydro boost system. Please help.

Mine is in good condition very good. I have a 89 Toyota dolphin, rebuilt, engine and interior in 2006. New front tires for back tires are very good, the paperwork and manuals are with it. 93,000 miles I’m having problems finding someone to do just a few things to it, no structural work at all is needed. Thinking about reselling it. The things I have to have done are because I’m partially disabled. It’s going down the block to have its safety inspection which it’ll pass. So far everything I’ve tested works air conditioner works really well. In 2006 they put in a new hot water heater. Believe it or not I just bought it and if I can’t get these things done it’s no used to me. I feel sad about it. I want a different 12 V fridge put in it., I want a different toilet because I don’t want to mess with the water tank, The counter replaced, and one side of the booth I want storage built-in for my art in its place on the side that doesn’t hold the pump and last I want a Lagun table. You would think people would want a little bit of work. Wouldn’t take long a couple weekends. Pray I don’t have to sell it and I find somebody to help me. I can paint it myself I could decorate it make curtains I’m a mixed media artist, but mostly a fiber artist.

Put an old OEM fan on and noise gone. When I grabbed the "new" clutch fan I could shake it side to side and hear something in there jiggling around.
