Hello sir 🙏 best explanation for tissue culture. Sir i have doubt what is differece in ingredients of Mulitipilication and Rootning media and hove many days it takes to root after sub Culturing the multiples

I have added rnase after dissolving the dna in NFW and then again washed with ethanol re airdried and dissolved in NFW but my dna is lost. No concentration in nanodrop. Why does it happened?
