    Outstanding video presentation. I discovered several new exercises that I can now incorporate in my training. I’m really impressed with the quality of these bands.     Hi, thank you for the video. I’m not a physical therapists but I’m seeing one for hip pain. I tried this initial box position and I can’t even sit my torso up straight. I have decent obliques and they seem to be preventing the motion. Anyways, I was wondering if you recommended trying to spend time in these positions. I was considering trying the position with my arm out to the side while reading (with a book on the floor). Just lightly to see if I gradually make progress. Would you recommend this?

    So interesting. I can't seem to get over plantar fasciitis, and my calves are SO TIGHT. The regular doc/podiatrist recommended stretches irritate my heels so badly. Maybe this would do the trick.

    *Very durable machine and great quality.>>>**t.co/LITRcUgBqT** It does not fit through doors less than 36" wide though once it is assembled. It came by a scheduled delivery and was on time. It was well packaged and nothing was missing. it is a very heavy machine though, so onc you decide where it is going to go, make sure you assemble it there and make sure that if you are going to move, you can get it in and out.*

    I just used one of these at the West Hills 24 hour fitness. It is the best stationary running machine I have ever used. Forces my whole body to work just as much as outside running. Fantastic!
