I tried. I’m part of the 63% that never finished. Poor dialogue, underwhelming writing, an unlikable main character just didn’t bring me back to watch any more. While I agree with Harry that I definitely think it has coped an excess of hate, if it had actually been good it would have outshined the criticism. It didn’t however, and I think all of us can agree we wish it had been something much better.

I’ve always considered line of sight queries like that an abstract sort of point. In MESBG you only need to see a fraction of the model to shoot at it, so even if 99% of it was obscured Legolas would still get his shot.

Yes, but their heroes can do some work and their numbers could easily swamp the Morannons at the back. Meanwhile my heroes charging two Hunter orcs can be very dangerous with 4 S4 hits coming back at me!

Eagle eyes! You’re quite right! It looks like a slip of the mind - an automatic reaction to failure perhaps? Either way it wouldn’t have made any difference, gamling was very close to the Witchking anyway so would have been able to charge!

@@EntmootVideos It happens yeah. Great bat rep, nice snappy editing. Any bat rep that is above 60 minutes its a slog in my opinion (and some are 4 hours).

Unless there was another version printed I suspect not, the ones I have all are priced in £ and €.

Its just too bad because the magazine could have helped grow the game here in the US, LOTR SBG isn't as popular in the US compared to the UK and Australia and I wonder if having Battle Games in Middle Earth would have helped that. Here, 40k is the #1 game and its not even close. Wish it wasn't like that.

No, the mumak would hit the terrain and do impact hits to the terrain (unless you agreed it's impassable to mumakil). Basically the rules are fuzzy for mumakil so I'd always make sure you agree things like this in advance of starting a game to ensure you don't get upset by any rulings!

I’ve yet to go back to paint in a tent - though there are more camping videos on the channel (check out the Mordor seige bow video). But I do love camping and painting - I hope to do another eventually!

Huh! The only reason I can guess at is that I wanted to kill the trapped suladan first before his banner effect could be used. But that doesn’t seem that logical to me, so maybe I just forgot! Sadly without digging into the footage on the cutting room floor we won’t know!! Good spot though, and I don’t usually forget his free heroic either so it is suspicious! Thanks for watching though!
