Why learn how to become an Emotion Coach?
I am amazed by all this stuff, I have used this stuff only two times and I did see some light. I think this education should be shared with every human being. I am an educator. I have learned little about emotions but this feels sea of help. I think this will work because it adresses the persons emotions, but it needs lots of practice, but it is worthwhile.
I have this nagging emotional pain and I just can't seem to find what it is and everything I think it is won't heal and then it is like a worm that wiggles back away inside its so frustrating and I hate it because its really tricky to identify what causes it
I appreciate it 😭😭😭 I found the trauma. Thank you very much.
Some of those can be legitimate, for example I truly have one person in my life that for at least 17 years makes my life miserable and throughout past 3 years I said "the only person I have problems with is you " in several instances in response to an unreasonable requests and unwillingness to accept my "no". I meant that with all my friends or relatives, I am able to discuss, negotiate and reach an understanding without negative emotions and only with this one person it 95% out of 100% turns into a verbal wrestling match, which wears me out to the point of complete emotional exhaustion.
Unfortunately I find this really difficult to believe.
What a great resource for parents. Thank you Lisa and Mental Health Foundations!
So to better identify these behaviors in our daily life, it’s better to name it(write down) so can identify them better, because sometimes they will come as automatic reactions that we not notice like brushing teeth or walking.
were you subject to triggers when brushing teeth or walking? I've have a similar experience when waking up
Thank you very much!
