This is the proceedment for the m3 e46 USA version... When I saw my car and then your video I thought what car I have bought ?? XD EU version has diferent monitoring lambda sensors location because the CATs location is different. They are under the car at the middle... I used ISTA + for the documentation but thank you for the video. 🤝

This looks nothing like my oil cooler and I have a 2004 e46 (325 ci) my oil cooler is small and is on driver side and pushes into radiator. It’s maybe 1/3 of the size your holding so what car is that?

Mine only came with one long plug and one short plug. I thought I just had to switch the short one to the driver side and the long one to the passenger side. But apparently not 😬

Couldn't you use some spring compressors to make front strut removal easier?

Did you bleed the air our of the oil cooler?

It has two idle actuator, and two throttle actuator. They are different parts. When the idle actuator goes bad you will have DSC/CHECK ENGINE/DBC/Hill start/ lights on because the engine cannot generate enough vacuum force.

How long did the 6spd trans swap took you?

You might need these $1000 coils if you are boosted to over 600 RWHP. Otherwise, a set of Six ELDOR coils for $145 will be PLENTY good up to 600 RWHP. Most of BMW now uses ELDOR coils. Dielectric grease is not necessarily recommended by BMW, but many people put a VERY thin coat on the inside of the first two inches of each coil boot. Must be a THIN coat. No never seize should be used with NKG Platinum plugs. Their threads are plated specially.
