What did u use to cut it?
Try acetone
Don't use PB Blaster on rubber. If you need to lubricate around the area try silicone spray (rubber safe)

What size allen?
When you remove the tensioner it extends all the way out. It has a one-way shear pin so unless you remove the spring first it's going to extend all the way out to the last adjustment.

I have a 2001 Polaris Sportsman I have a similar problem except one wheel does not engage in either forward or reverse with the AWD switch on. I installed a new Coil magnet as per sec. Meter shows 24.5 Ohms to the coil magnet n the hub and 12 volts from the battery to the plugin to the coil magnet. Clutch has been thoroughly cleaned and new fluid at the proper level. Any ideas?
I use a torx star bit for allen bolts better for grip and not stripping out the allen head

Thanks for the spec # , others have said - .001/.002 & they corrected it by moving the outer ring, tapping in to decrease the clearance, & just for the record that is not a shim, it is a FEELER gage
What happened to the rest of this video? I NEED the rest of this video to the end!! Btw, great video up to the point where it stopped.
You should put the piston in the cilender first and keep out the holl then push the X and plug the keeper

How far in should you drill?
The cam needs to be turned to release tension on the shoe. Bad advice! If you have to force it, your probably doing something wrong!!!!
I never cut or drill any broken fastener. czcams.com/video/6DV8ncDOmH8/video.html
