My taped/edited recordings of various Soul shows on the radio, going back many years, have already been uploaded to CZcams and elsewhere.
I have recently started to listen to these old tapes again and during this I have realised they played sets of '3-In-A-Row' and more, from recently released albums received at the station, which I kept in their entirety (but, as usual, without their commentary). This one is a '6 In A Row'.

I was 15 when this came out and just getting into funk and soul
I grew up on rock-n-roll, R&B, sweet soul music/Motown in Chicago. All I had to do was turn on the radio and could hear both by simply turning the dial from top 40 pop stations WLS, WCFL to soul station WVON. I have all my original 45s that I bought back in the day. Mine have been digitalized too. You mentioned the record stacker. It caused surface scratches. I was the stacker type. Never realized I was scratching them. I wasn't worried about preserving them.They were bought to be played and play them I did. All in all, they're still in G+ condition. ✌️ Soul bro
one of the greatest songs....by the way there is a reggae version on the Studio One label (Jamaica loves Brook Benton) which despite being a cover is as good as the original.

I’m 55 now and when I found this one I’m blasting the speakers in my Ferrari. When I get to places people start dancing and moving ALL THE TIME. I was a DJ when I was a teenager and this is one of my favorites to mix with. Still have all of these 12 inch remixes originals from the 80’s….. enjoy it…
