you do realize thats a single stage pump and isnt rated for 175psi? my predition is you burn up a piston on rod bearing in the first month. its gonna have to be perfect every time to get to 175 with its efficency
According to Harbor freight it is a 2 stage pump. (MCGRAW 5 HP, 175 PSI V-Style Two-Stage Cast Iron Air Compressor Pump) I tested it to 175 psi, but I only need to run it to a max 125 psi. ( I adjusted the cutoff switch to 125) the thing is that I only use the compressor to paint every once in a while, so it is off most of the time, it is still good, it has run for 2 or 3 hours so far. Yeah I think HF is not the best quality but like they say: "whatever you do, do it for less". (not affiliated) Thanks for the comment.

There is no basic level videos in YT Assigning Tool change locations How the Post Processor is configured How the Gcode is written if you can do it with a single tool change example, it would be a game changer for beginners..! No idea how the Gcode is executed for tool change routines..! I think its bit too much to explain..! I think it is a vast subject..!

It won’t. F100 aren’t adjustable they have a king pin instead of ball joints.

Sir, Can you do one video explaining the process of bringing in new BG Theme Image, Graphics,DRO Styles,Fonts..etc . I know doing such a video is not easy..! But would be helpful.! If I happen to have necessary transparent PNG Images for All Buttons and BG Images, How Can I populate them on the default mach3 Screenset replacing the stock graphics and buttons and DROs ..etc (PNG or JPG any specific format required?) I am worried about corrupting the source codes of buttons,DROs or other functional elements while replacing them..! Need to have the Modern 1910*1080 HD aspect ratio..! If you Can do demos for each elements once, It will be a walk-through..! Replacing DRO styles ,colors and Fonts not tampering the source code Buttons graphics replacing Back Ground Main Theme Image swapping (Same for MPG Screen elements too) I think I do have knowledge to Make PNG Graphics in Photoshop..!! DMG Mori Inspired..! LOL I dont Know ..! Thanks a lot for your efforts..!
Thanks for your interest, I will try to get a video on the works soon. You have to understand that there is some limitations on the design software (mach screen designer) being 32 bit and practically old, therefore is not easy to implement. You can change resolutions including 1920 by 1080 or custom sizes so there is no problem there. Regarding the code, (unless you implement a macro) remains the same the only thing that changes is the image. However I will try to upload a video on the subject. Stay tuned.

Thanks. Yes you can do it from scratch. Check this video to give you an idea czcams.com/video/4xVDQlBW4uo/video.html background screen and a bunch of buttons are customized you can create them in any graphics program you prefer, mach 3 designer accepts bmp, png, jpeg all of them work. I prefer png files. the imagination is the limit. Go to my channel page I have several videos on how to create mach3 screens. Good luck!

I have a 2012 F-250 2wd, I wanted to install some 3” leveling spacers and new camber sleeves. Would I have to get some drop down brackets for the I beams as well?
It’s hard for me to say without looking at the vehicle. once you install the spacers you’ll have to get a alignment readout to know. Good luck.

This was helpful. I've been looking for a solution to my limit switch issue and saw configuring a debounce setting as a possible solution. No one explains exactly which debounce setting to enter though, as there are two. I entered your setting of 1000 and my cnc router now homes w/o issue. Thanks.

Hola Carlos como siempre todos tus videos excelentes, disculpa de ante mano la pregunta pero fíjate que estoy teniendo problemas con la calibración del eje A rotativo, ya seguí todo tu video ilustrativo en el que hablas de ese eje pero por alguna razón no gira los grados adecuados me preguntaba si crees que seria buena idea y podrías ayudarme? Te cuento que estoy usando un motor tipo NEMA 1.8° - 200 p*v con un sistema relación de reducción de velocidad: 4:1 Espero puedas ayudarme muchas gracias.

Sin embargo estoy un poquito alejado del aspecto técnico de la CNC especialmente del eje rotatorio, tendría que dedicarme de lleno al tema y en este momento no tengo mucho tiempo para hacerlo. Didn't mention that all Ford factory cams are stamped with camber/caster size. But all are stamped for the pass. Side,so the caster reading on the driver side is backwards
Yeah, some are marked as R or L with a plus and minus and the value since they are indexed, however if you remove the indexing tab then, numbers won't matter anymore. But you are right. Thanks for the comment and observation.
Hello, can you tell me how to get a beep sound like yours when touching the touch screen?
It's been a long time, I think the touch monitor generated the beep automatically, but I just don't remember. I certainly did not modified any code for that purpose.

Does this apply to a1996 f350 with Leaf springs ? My truck pulls to the right ?
No. twin I beam only. If You have a straight axle or differential there is adjustment but is more difficult to adjust. some don’t have adjustment at all. you may want to take an alignment reading to see if that is actually the problem. Good luck.

A la mejor lo que esta pasando seria que la espiga esté doblada si el ángulo es excesivo el tamaño depende de la medida actual del camber. Pero existe la posibilidad de algún daño ya sea en la espiga o en el brazo.
@@CarlosMDominguez a simple vista no se ve, lo que veo que uno marca 1.1/2 y el otro no se ve, y uno está al centro y otro lateral el círculo , tal vez sea por que no están iguales los excentricos
@@enriquegarfer07 bueno, pues lo primero que hay que saber es cuánto se encuentra el ángulo de camber. sabiendo eso ahí puedes determinar la cantidad de la leva. Usualmente el máximo ajuste serían 3°

I have nobody to service it here locally in California and unfortunately i don’t even know the model number. Do you think i can fix it myself or is it too much, what do you think? Its a model 4000. If is not feeding, is possible that the shear gear is broken The (Right Angle assembly Drive has shear gear) that gets driven by the pulley. You can buy the assembly or the gear. mt-rsr.com/products/right-angle-drive-9815 or search on ebay. It is not too hard to replace. Also search for the lathe manual pdf, its free to download, just search for ammco brake lathe pdf and find one, that will help you a lot. Good luck. I hope it helps. @@Thedirtylittlesecret
