I’m so happy that I found this video… I’ve been wanting one for so long and I’ve always seen people doing bullet journal with so much artistic things attached and I have depression and anxiety and I couldn’t keep up with them and the spreads created… I love the way you set up this Bujo and I feel like this way I could actually do it because I feel like I have someone to look up to. Thank you so much for being so genuine about it and showing us the way you do it ✨❤️ Also love your voice is really calming!

Heii there Tiffany. Brave that you tell your story.! Brave to be honest to your self.. Get to know where your boundaries are.. experience yourself, instead of reinventing.! give your self time of, lets say a year, to change your habit of eating. Don't pressure yourself with thinking you have to do it all straight right from the beginning.! Take a liiiittle new step every month. Give yourself time and understandig.! Get some informations about the microbiom of the gut. It has a huge impact on our health, physical and psychological.! There are only a few, but some good information.! Keep on going and focus on the feeling you have when you are lighter. Don't focus on the loss.!!!! Smile to yourself and tell yourself how beautiful you are. In every step of the journey. In every mood, in every appearance. You are perfect the way you are. Like everybody else :) Remeber, every step in the direction to your goal is a success.. even a simple thought.! You got this.!

Good idea

I really appreciate this. I started out wanting the fanciest spreads, putting all my artist abilities in recreating some of the beautiful ones done on youtube, but I realized I’m never going to actually use it if I set the bar so high. I am an artist, but I think for the most part I need something simpler, to have time for other creative things that just spending hours making fancy weekly spreads. So I needed this, I think it’s much more practical! I can always add things if I want, but I’m definitely don’t have an excess of time to spend setting everything up every time. Thanks for sharing!

Your voice is so relaxing and mellow! Adore the simplicity of each setup - even though it's amazing that other people use the bujo artistically, I find it refreshing to see spreads like this. So many people shy away from starting a bujo because they feel like they have to invest in art supplies, but that's not the case at all - and you've done SUCH a masterpiece job showing that here, so thank you!

I love this! Can I ask where you got the calendar stickers from?

Love the simplicity. I crave it in the midst of so many bullet journalers who are clearly using their journals as 90% creative outlet, 10% serious planner. They have great ideas but it's a huge time suck, as a viewer, to have to sit through that frou frou stuff just to get to the meaty organization goodies. I also really want to start standardizing Monday start for my calendars but I'm a super visual person and the fact that there are tons of Sunday start calendars in my work life would mean it wouldn't be long before I screw up appointments.

I really like how you're splitting your goals into quarterly and monthy goals, that's such a good idea! Definitely great to see your intentions in a timeline 😄 Also, I'm so impressed with your goal of 48 videos in a year! I would never manage to do that😄Mine is to do 1 or 2 per month and the 2 is already ambitious haha!
