I've been looking to lose some weight (mainly in my gut, arms, and legs) and I just recently got back into belly dancing to try to reduce my body fat. This exercise was great as I sometimes have difficulty in keeping up with the movements, especially with my arms, lol! Thank you for this wonderful lesson!

Leilah I love your videos but please stop putting commercials in the middle of the sequences. Place them in the beginning, warm ups, breaks or ends. That's my one frustration with your videos I'm trying to remember the sequences and follow along and commercials keep popping up.

I loved this! More slow ones like this, please! As someone who used to belly dance but now only does it at home, and as someone getting older, the slower-paced ones still give me a workout but aren't too much for me. Thank you!
