Black south Africans love their colonial masters or land invaders more than they love themselves. Black south Africans will become refugees in very soon because there will be an unlead revolution, they celebrate the thieves and vilify their own, they are missed placed black people on the African continent

You making Marvin look dumb. Not knowing visa rules.
This good warning for mainly other african countries esp Nigerians. Yes i wont be suprised that 90% of foreighners have overstayed n fraudulently here.
They should ask Mos Def one of the bigger hip hop artist alive, overstayed got ship so fast to America like a head less chicken.... People find information about any country you visit and follow LAWS.

@Prizzygat, beauty might fade. It is not about it, I am interested in you. That's all
She must have overstayed more than 30 days to get a 5 year ban though. Shame for her, that really sucks.

Nigerians use South African passports to gain Access to other countries like The UK,US,Canada, Thailand ,china and others, smuggling in drugs and running prostitution rings in them, they ruining our passport, now South Africans are losing free Visa entry internationally.

This happened to me and I got a 1 year ban. It was a mistake on their side as they didnt stamp a date in passort I was still busy with school, I decided to leave early on 10 dec only to find out they put 8 dec for me to leave on their system but never stamped that on my passport so I didnt know which day I needed to leave by. So it ended up being 2 days overstayed. We appealed and onyl got a reply in (July 7 months later) and I got a court date on 12 Nov where they will reverse the ban but I've basically served a 1 year ban by then so even when its reversed I still missed a whole year worth of work. Home Affairs in SA is a wholeee problem
đ±OMG. I'm so sorry this happened to youđą it's so painful, and it's even more painful when the negligence didn't come from you, but you have to take the blame for something that was beyond your controlđą Such a traumatising experienceđą So, what happened next? Did it affect your chances of coming back to SA? Or you decided to permanently let go?đą 1 year ban for 2 days overstay that wasn't even your fault is very harshđ« Thanks for watching. @@lifestylepretoria9181 Your last sentence is wild asf. Jumping into conclusion is bad for your health Health is wealthđ
You have to respect laws of any country do research before, definitely the passport is stating how long is your stay
Sometimes, they forget to put a date on the stamp, but one must always research and ask them to tell you the dates on they keyed in the system.
Unfair to see South Africans treat our African brothers and sisters this way. While whites enjoy all the riches of this country.

Honestly fix your condescending tone nonone said South Africa was the Beyonce of anything. And if you dont like how speak by all means you can go home. And wr dont have to say anything because here you are in South Africa discussing South Africa and its rules. @@Prizzygat that submissive tone instead of learning how and what to say in a foreign country. Your condescending and passive tone is what is the problem. Your take what we say in humility and if you can't handle the heat then you go. It's simple you can't complain about a country when you arr not forced to stay here
You have stayed in South Africa for a long time because you have a little bit of the South African accent.

Immigration laws in South Africa are ridiculous. I also have a friend from Lesotho and he goes back to Lesotho before 30 days whenever he is in South Africa.
That means he doesn't have a work permit . The laws are not ridiculous,if you apply for the wrong paper work you'll feel it.
First of all. You should be Discouraging ppl from Visiting. South Ăfrica Don't need any Black Ăfrican from other countries. Pls help tell our fellows to stop visiting.

đđđđđđThanks to S.A, all countries worldwide, are banning and deporting illegal immigrants. S.A never told them to do criminal activities.đđđđđđđ No country tolerants it. Just do it legally.
But her friend didnât commit any crime. She accidentally overstayed and accepted the consequences. Letâs not do too much guys đ
@UltraMella The story ,if your friend went to any other country they would not think of overstaying, because they scared of the consequences. Yes she did do something wrong, she failed to follow the set time limit of the visa so she was ban, officials do not just ban you for nothing, there reasons and laws that must be followed. Many others do wrong, all suffer the consequences. Many "visits," but never ever leave, globally, many people know what's right & wrong but still do it. Whether where you go in the world laws & rules must be followed. In S.A people take advantage when S.A fights back then they labeled. I travel globally alot ,you know and it is explained when you collect your visas, and must travel arrangements, it's a common excuse I don't know.
But kodwa sisi, I think itâs the same every where. I feel sorry for your friend I hope she has recovered from the ordeal and I hope the ban wonât affect her travel aspirations elsewhere. Thanks for being in our country

Is this lady speaking like this while she is in South Africa? What?
If it was the UK it would be ok? Why would she want to appeal because Nigerians donât like living with South Africans
@Mamaofthree792 She did not want to appeal. It is Marvin(the guy from Big Brother) that wants to appeal because he has lots of friends in SA and there is gist that he is dating Khosi from Big Brother. Moreover, a travel ban from one country can affect your chances of getting a visa in another countryđŻ
