This gives me goosebumps, even though I've never been in a relationship. It reminds me of me and my mom when I was about 6 and were driving the car. This song turned on and it immediately sparked my interest. I started dancing to it and it made me so happy. My mom looked back at me and started smiling, maybe even tearing up. This was also the same for Locked Out of Heaven. Me and my mom adored that song, and still do to this day. That was our pump-up song. When ever it was on, we used to scream the lyrics. Whenever i listen to this i cry even ever so slightly it’s one of the most heartbreaking songs ever and the saddest one by Bruno Mars like it represents when a guy realized his girlfriend loved someone else he’s completely heartbroken and disappointed to himself he should’ve given her all his love and whatever she wanted but it’s too late instead he’s gotten into the moment where it scarred him for life then later he’s taken his own life and when my girlfriend loved another guy then i heard about this it really hurt me a few weeks ago when it’s practice time for our performance during lunch after eating me and my classmates with a friend in another section in school were listening to songs then we listened to this when a guy from another section came and decided to stay with us for a while when suddenly he said i was about to cry and so i did later in the classroom when we’re inside with me weeping the other members sang it which made me cry further then i’ve had another one then to this day which was ofc xmas once the party’s over i returned on doing whatever i do at night then she greeted me hoping i’ve had fun and i greeted her back then she said she loved someone else i was scarred by this that i just stopped using my phone for a while and lay there in shock staring at one of the doors the end of the song seems to make me cry like it means u hurt no one but urself people who are single really need a lot of respect

This reminds me of my old friend… We did date before but he broke it off. He told me loved me and only wanted what was best for me but lied about so many things- even went as far as insulting me and my religion because he’s Atheist and refused to apologize.
