I know this has to do something with sound being a wave and all, with repeating parts of low pressure and high pressure. However, what does that mean? And how would sound be affected if there wasn't repeats of high and low pressure?

First of all, that’s a normal combo, nothin’ special to it, second of all, wtf can we still not take on Seifer when Sora can do shit like this? Is Seifer just scared? I wonder if that’s why.
you can , pretty sure you need to beat hayner and setzer 10 times to unlock seifer
