First saw Quill at the Fox in Walmley, squashed into the back room, now the carvery it must have been in the early 1970s they were brilliant then and they are brilliant now listening to them on U Tube.

Quill What a fantastic Band Featuring Brian Tatller from Diamond Head on Guitars I spent a lot of time with Quill as They used to Play in Branigans in Cardiff before it was burnt Down along with the Night Club I have some of the Cd's that Quill had released and it is nice to see them still out there their mixture of Folk and Rock goes Down well where ever they are performing I hope to see them again if they come back to Cardiff

Wow, I haven't seen Quill since the mid 80's at the Tyburn... They still sound amazing.

This was one of my all time favourite covers by Quill. Back in the 80's you had to be right up near the speakers, the audience were nearly as loud as the group. Erika (I think) used to stand in front of a spotlight with one of those thin cotton dresses on, my oh my.. Love to find if there's "blinded by the light" out there some where.

Jeyzus!! This takes me back, Tyburn House, Thursday nights.. (Hodge Hill, Hunters Moon too) mid 80's. Weren't Joy & Erica the beautiful ladies up front back then. Used to love "The chain" and "Blinded by the light". Damn, nice going down memory lane, Judy Tzuke there's a name just popped into my head any remember the beautiful woman with the oh so smokey voice that hypnotised everyone she sang for. God where has the time gone.
