In this video, we went to Maleny QLD. Namasyal kami sa Maleny Garden and Birdworld at talaga namang nakakamangha ang lawak ng garden na ito. Sana ay panooring nyo hanggang and mag-enjoy kayo sa panonood kagaya namin. Parang kulang ang oras sa ganda ng garden na ito at sa ganda ng panahon. Nawa ay mainspire kayo na pumunta din dito sa Australia. Ingat kayo mga kaibigan!

Dine ho sa lugar namin, laging may flea market pag Sunday. Aming pinuntahan at nakipagkwentuhan ng kaunti sa mga "good mates" at tao doon, napakwento din sa isang kababayan natin. Makikita nating simple lang ang buhay dito, relaxed at laid back. Yung iba na nagtitinda dine, just for hobby, at para makipag socialising na din sa mga kaibigan at kakilala nila. Hi po. Skilled immigration is points tested..age is considered lower points after 39yO.
Ask ko lang sana based on your experience dyan, employable pa ba ang nasa mid or late 40s pumasok dyan? salamat sa input in advance.
Kumusta Tol! In my experience,walang age discrimination dito sa AU when it comes to employability. It always depends on skills and the company's need for manpower. If your skills match what they need, then they will consider your application. Companies always conduct trade test when hiring from overseas.

Kumusta tol! noong time namin ay free ang assessments done by migration agent to understand our eligibility. This time im not sure kasi a lot had changed and gotten more expensive.

Good day tol, it depends sa company sponsorship po and your visa pathway. Not all employer sponsored visa have pathway for PR. Ask your employer for PR pathways when they sponsor your work visa. Cheers!

She worked in electronics before..but when we had our daughter she stopped and eventually had a small business 2 years before we went to Australia..whole family could be included if you are applying for SC189. Cheers!

@@cristineviennasoberano7498 kumusta po! Currently Australia have just around 3% unemployment and a lot of workplace needs manpower BUT it depends on industry po (trades are on high demand). Some people prefer to do "odd jobs" until they can find permanent full time work of their preferred carriers. Cheers!

Hi po, do you think it's ok to apply for a skills assessment test despite being a relative fresh graduate? Was planning on putting projects/Thesis I did during my studies in my ECE undergrad. Mainly worked in IT for around 6 months kasi after graduation so di relevant ang work experience ko.
Hi Tol, If im not mistaken the Australian Immigration would only accept work experience related to your education..the min requirement is 3 out of 5 years. cheers

Kumusta tol! there is no direct conversion of Ph DL to Au, you need to undergo the driving tests (written and practical), just go to your nearest QLD Transport office to book or book online...but really you need to understand road rules in theory and actual. I would be helpful to get at least an hour or two driving lesson even if you had driven for long in Ph..cheers!

Parang less than 2 weeks lumabas na results..they will let you know when you book for test..
I took ielts in sta rosa, sa may nuvali.. yung pte nmn is in makati.. i think may mga testing centre sa major cities.. you have to select when you book the test

Hi sir, maybe out of the topic pero tanong ko lang po sa PTE repeat sentence. Nag take notes po ba kayo habang nagsasalita yung speaker para hindi makalimutan yung sentence? Hindi ko kasi nakuha yung superior. :( . Proficient lang ang nakayanan, sablay po ako sa repeat sentence. Any tips?
