Thank you
I have carved many bowls for my family, but this may be the most important video I’ve watched! Many ideas on how to speed up the process. I love it!

That Ladies and Gentlemen is what you call a MASTER!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Beautiful video. I am just as impressed with this gentlemans physical build, he obviously has a great lifestyle, he is so relaxed yet he obviously has a lot of energy. I would have to be wearing steel-toed boots when I started doing this because tools might slip from my hands, he seems to be pretty safe looking at his bare feel. Thank you for sharing this wonderful film.
I love ASMR but god damn it this guy just likes snores while awake like the microphone was down his throat
Reeeeeeeecola
I’m so greatfull for this video and for wille! Crazy to think this was being recorded the year I was born.
Bitte immer Deutschen Untertitel dazu geben.
Amazing!
I’ve watched quite a few videos like this. I love them but they never show these craftsmen sharpening their tools. Can you imagine what it takes to maintain these tools?
Please someone get this man an asthma inhaler
Such a beautiful work of art. Also an inspiration to learn the craft so it never disappears. Thank you so much.
Watching this Craftsman work is amazing from start to finish! My at the years of knowledge he demonstrating !
Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed watching him make this.
Wow he's 57 in the video and totally ripped... my grandpa was born in 1927 he was 1925, both are gone now, but it's still weird to think that this was filmed 6 years before my birth and he looks so "youngish" as where my grandpa was already old when i was a kid 🤷🏻♂️.... ok I'll go to sleep now 😂..

The reason these skills disappear is because the average person would rather pay 3 bucks for a chinese made toxic off gassing, plastic bucket from Target. Same with locally produced veg, meats, cheeses, beverages and bread. American consumers want cut rate, slave labor, big box, farm factory prices on commodities. Stare in the mirror, the guilty party is looking back at you.
Legend
Beautiful work
Asalamualaikum semoga sehat wal afiat , saya sangat kagum dengan karya anda semoga tetap lancar Aamiin...
Wow, so glad that another channel brought up Coopering and I started doing some searching and stumbled upon this. This was an absolute privilege to be able to watch, seeing such a skilled craftsman produce such an extraordinary piece, all by hand, especially loved the wood bands and how he joined them, so impressive. This is the best thing I've watched on YT I think ever, pity it wasn't in better resolution, maybe the author might consider trying to get a higher res transfer and upload it.
do we know what paints he used? lost sound at that part
Wow!
Hello from Utah, i love carving wood bowls spoons etc , thanks .

Funny how people looked, before fast "food" 😀
What do you paint on the wood
It's beautiful👍❤️ you are Priceless
Great information and skill. But dang, the camera work is horrible!
Great video and informative. Turn your volume off. You have been warned.
they ask great queztions. this man is a master of masters
Amazing skill. I hope he mentored someone to carry on the craft
I recently came across Wille’s book and am very much enjoying it. I also watched a CZcams video where he’s teaching a spoon carving. What a knowledgeable and gentle spirit, I wish I could see more of him. Thank you for sharing.😊
I visited my ancestral home of Norway for the first time, 8 years ago and was given some very old carving tools from the 1820’s which should be restored. Some of the wooden planes even have Norse designs cut into them.
Oh such wonderful carving technique and design! I am reminded of the ships on display at the museum in Oslo. Just gorgeous, Thankyou!
Awesome!
A work of art ..it took many years to perfect that talent..well done ..thanks for the journey..
Seems like with the smile and wave at the end you could tell the old chap still had a sense of humor.. ;)
Care + Time + Patience = Skill
Muy buena talla
How much is that worth wow thank you
Super 👍!
buen dia Que madera es ,la que trabaja ?
Starts off thinking pretty basic stuff. Then he leads you into his craft slowly but surely and you make the conclusion this guy is a master carver. He knows the woods limitations and its potential. Thankyou.
Cutting tools seem to be a bit dull.
They used a lapel mic or what? Favorite coopering vid in the world, but his nose sounds like a slide whistle. The wooden hoops sets this guy apart. Someday I’ll try to make one.
