Break not the bond that uniteth you with your Creator, and be not of those that have erred and strayed from His ways. Verily I say, the world is like the vapor in a desert, which the thirsty dreameth to be water and striveth after it with all his might, until when he cometh unto it, he findeth it to be mere illusion."

Thank you! This is a great and profound Truth and will ever be so. I cannot find a single word, concept, or principle in these Teachings that is not perfectly harmonious with the Teachings of His Holiness, Christ. Christ and Baha'u'llah are bound by perfect love and utmost honor and regard. Each would happily offer up His life for the Other and Both bow humbly before the same God. May we follow this example and learn to love and honor each other, lift each other up, and bring the joy of the love of God to the hearts of all we reach out to touch.

Spirtuality is good----but it remains to be mysterious. We hope to attain peace, but the ways to this are numerous/various. At times things clear---- at times ,fleeting and non-serious. We aspire to reach divinity--- but at times, we doubt certainty. Things move, up and down. At times so sure, other times the word of a clown. This is the way it is----- up and down of this.

Life long Baha'i here. I use this often now to find that "unchanging condition of invariability of inner state" and to be "chill in the fire and dry in the sea."
