I have the exact boat as your 2024 FSH255H. Do you have a product/solution for our boat? I would be concerned that it would interfere with the Helmmaster.

We have a 2024 222 FSH Sport E. Yes I have noticed low speed the boat likes to wonder and not track straight, will the Thrust Vectors help with straight line tracking?

There is a much easier and faster knot to tie for docking. It’s just a double overhand knot very effective and won’t slip.

I sometimes had trouble with the rabbit method - maybe i did'nt have the P right. There is another method that i use & it doesn't have anything to do with a rabbit. The only difference in the final knot is the loose end ends up.on the outside instead of inside the loop. First create a loop. Second create a second loop & push it through the first loop. Third take the free end & pass it thru the second loop. Fourth pull second loop end attached to the main line - to pull knot to be encompassed by first loop - watch as doing to see it is forming correctly & pull tight. I.know there are other videos that show this method & you might want to check out?

It’s always fun to meet a big barge head to head in what we used to call the ditch. It’s amazing how much water is displaced by those things. Scared the crap out of me the first time. My low depth alarm warning went off. I was using my 33’ Sea Ray with dual V drives. Baytown Warf is one of our favorite marinas to spend the weekend. The staff is super nice and there’s always staff to help you tied up and refuel.

Does Stoltz publish drawings of the profiles? Or do you just buy a bunch and return the ones that don't fit... I did not find any drawings available with dimensions yet.

This video guided me in changing my own oil. Much appreciated. One minor note is that the level lines on that particular oil extractor are not in quarts, but in liters as best as I can gather. Liters and quarts are within ~5% of each other, so, not a big deal...

I have a 2022 and not even 2 years since I got it the cables gave out and yamaha wants to.do nothing about it.... either cycle spring so real advice don't get this kind a boat is build cheaply and it doesn't ride good on waves small ones.may be 3 feet... or if you get it and have some experience never get the yes warranty, is more like a no os not covered... it lock right under a bridge ,thanks God I maneuver right away and got out.

The bowline is so overrated. I just double the line over and do an overhand knot and accomplish the same thing in 1 second.

I did the soak on my boat over night. It didn’t work as well as this shows. My pad are about 5 years old. I pealed all of the pads using an oscillating tool with an adhesive removal tool. Then I had to come back over with the adhesive 3m wheel which turned the glue to little balls. Then cleaned it all with the acetone. It came out great.

How does the 222 ride with seakeeper compare to the 255 ride without seakeeper?

How do these mats compare to the factory optional snap on pads in quality and price? I’m looking to order a new Yamaha 25’ FSH next year just not sure of what model. Another big question in that regard is what octane of fuel is required for the supercharged engines. The local fuel location has 90 octane recreational gas. If the supercharged engines need a higher octane can that be achieved with an octane booster while still being in compliance with the Yamaha warranty? Or will I have to trailer my boat every time to a gas station to fill up on 91 or higher octane gas?

I have that McGuire's spot remover .. not good for hard stains!.. it's only good if your boat is already been detailed .. & has light dirt/stains/ etc..

ALWAYS USE THE BLOWER to expel trapped gases. I have seen the results from this failure.

It looks to me like the straps to keep the top in the down position just need to be pulled out from the support bars, so they get inserted into the bottom piece from the outside, instead of going through the support, then into the bottom piece from the inside. It works rotated like was done in the video, but was probably not needed to do that.

This kit will not work on the 2023 13' compact base model. Have you developed a kit for this model yet.

These are the first things you need to add to your Yamaha boat!!! HUGE improvement and a must have!!!!!

The real difference is the engine choice, the twin TR1s are pathetic compared to the twin 1.8s now 1.9s. Same price once you look at the same engine option.

have owned many boats and this is the worst boat iver ever owned. i got the 21 footer with the supercharged motor. if you have more then 3 people on board forget about getting any where fast. any water sports it sucks unless you just go with the driver and the rider.this floor gets HOTTTT cant even walk barefoot unless you get the deck wet! i upgraded to the JL stero has been nothing but problems and seadoo keeps telling me theres updates and recalls that never fixes it. had this boat for 2 years and sold it. was a fun boat with just me on the boat but passangers she dont even plain out and no the trim dont help

What about a boat that already has pre-installed "non skid" pads like a 2022 Yamaha AR250? The back swim platform came with their thin grey 'non-skid' pads. Do I try to remove these or can Marine Mat be placed on top of them?

I have the seakeeper on my 2024 Sportsman 232 and I will never own a boat without it. The ride is absolutely amazing. I can hit washing machine waves in the ocean and the bow stays level. My old boat with trim tabs would break your back and neck in the same conditions, and the speeds with the seakeeper increases. If you can afford it, get it!!!!
