Im going to be trying this with my 20 gallon Walmart special air compressor.

Wondering if I should leave my drain plug open when I turn my small compressor off to allow the water that does come out to dry before closing it and using the compressor again. Hate the thought of rust buildup causing it to explode at some point.

What size T fitting did you use ? Is it 1/2" or 3/8" or something else?

You can drain the tank by using the valve on the bottom... that way it actually removes the water that builds up in the tank. Doing it your way just stores the water and leads to rust and moisture in your lines

So by still having the torque converter attached to the engine did it damage anything? Did you have any issues reinstalling the engine or any drive issue after everything was put back together?

I just bought at Christmas. The 20 gallon oil lube McGraw vertical air compressor only used it once. I went out there to use it today and it will not start! It is not the outlet which is a 20 amp and I double-checked it. This video shows an older unit. Do you still think it could be the butt connectors even in a newer unit? So upset. Thank you!

You got 2 guages 1 is for tank pressure the other is for line pressure that can be adjusted to suit whatever tool you are using it can be replaced if it malfunctions available at home depot or harbor freight not expensive

Yeah this is just stupid. The intake is designed for air only, not fuel as well. The distribution is horrible, the plenum is way too big and what's the point if it doesn't fit under the stock hood?

Compressor is trash, pressure switch supposedly gave out on this Compressor and even got a new replacement part per harbor freight still did the same thing. Save yalls money and get one from home depot or lowes. Unless you want to trash 400$

Unloader, it's called an unloader.

My engine ran off 3 or 4 times now after trying to test it. Never knew how to shut it off so i just pulled plugs and turned off gas. how do i fix it? Do i check for air leaks? What else should i look for at this point? My engine definitely got really hot.

What was your order of screwing things into the Tee?

There should have been alignment dowels in the block for the head gasket and head. Just for people that are watching this as an example.

Is this the sensor that controls the temp gauge reading in the truck my heat gets warm but my gauge jus creeps up is there two sensors on this engine? Is the one your replacing in the head control the pcm? Also is the one thats built in the thermostat housing for the gauge or is that a sensor too thanks

I have a dumb question. I’m using this to spray single body panels with a low cfm gun that uses 4.5 @ 90 psi. I believe this mod will help with the volume of air flow increasing the CFM right? Or is this mod useless in my case as I only need 30 psi and maybe the cfm will not be affected
