Great video. I moved to South Dakota from the Sierra's in California right at the foot of the Rubicon. This is happening everywhere. It is sad how fast they are closing trails, they do it for any reason they can. Lets not give them an excuse and fight to keep the trails open

I know a kid that ran iceman on 2 inches and 30s open/open. I was with. And he still daily drives it to this day. Personally I think it's easier getting out of Iceman than going in.

Also, many thx to IRO for being the Major (I think) Sponsor of the event. 1 - Agreed, online registration worked flawlessly for us (participants). 2 - We stayed at "Wild Bills" and had the grove mainly to ourselves. As an introvert, this was perfect :) 3 - If I remember, on upper Jake, only 1 from our group made it w/0 winching. I didn't feel so bad... 4 - Favorite memory...hmmm, from a wheeling standpoint I would have to say Upper Jake. Reason being I was running on 35's and a 2" lift. Even though I had to winch and had a small bit of body damage, I felt good because it was definitely a bit more than I should have been on. Non-wheeling I would say all the knowledge and History about the area. OH, and the beauty of the BH!!! 5 - All 3 of you are correct, the "community" of JP'rs are awesome people! 6 - Thx for the JP love. She is a 2021 Snazzberry JLURD and running 4-door safari style is my favorite look :)

Good video! I had an XJ with a lunchbox rear as well and loved its capability. I now have a ZJ. The only reason I hesitate is on this vehicle I tow. I have to back the trailer with precision to get it in its stall. I'm not sure if the Spartan will be a problem while backing with a trailer.
