This 3 ingredient noodle gave me a carb addiction
These are the tastiest noodles on the planet. Earning the title of one of the "eight curiosities" of Shaanxi, Biang Biang noodles recently broke into the mainstream due to its unique shape, ease to make, and addictive taste. It might seem very challenging to make but try it and you'll surprise yourself.
Apologies for the funky lighting at one section of the video (the part where it looks like I filmed it in Mexico), not sure what happened to the camera!

Can I make a Chinese style Chick-fil-A?
zhlédnutí 845Před měsícem
Every time I go abroad I'm always surprised by how gourmet the American fast food is. If you've been to a KFC in China you'll know what I'm talking about. So, I did the only thing a reasonable person would do, invent my own Chinese Chick-fil-A fusion sandwich. The result? If Chick-fil-A ever expands to China I can confidently apply as a cook. Would you try this INSANE steak sauce?
zhlédnutí 784Před měsícem
I love wagyu beef, but one thing that prevents me from eating an entire steak is the richness (and the price LOL). So, I decided to improvise a sauce inspired by the classic au Poivre peppercorn sauce, except with an asian twist. Spicy, umami, tangy, and mouth-numbingly delicious. What else can you ask for in a steak sauce? Follow me on IG! wei_tan28 Chapters: 0:00 Intro 0:42 Dry...
Why my chili oil is BETTER than yours!

Not to toot my own horn, but my chili oil recipe is amazing. What makes chili oil irresistible is not the spiciness but a multi-dimensional flavor bomb of heat, umami, savoriness, acidity, and sweetness. The key to making the best chili oil is to have well rounded aromatics, but most people just splash some hot oil on some chili flakes and call it a day. Make this for yourself and let me know w...

Goku’s favorite Chashu Tonkotsu Ramen

The "official Dragon Ball answer" is that Goku eats everything, but my personal take is a combination of Chashu Pork and Tonkotsu Ramen. The secret to better skin - bone broth!

One way to delay aging and promote youthfulness is to incorporate more collagen into your diet. This delicious pork bone broth with radish is great for skin elasticity, inflammation (acne), and bone health. Since we naturally produce less collagen as we age, getting it from food becomes more and more important as time goes on. Give this recipe a try, and let me know if you like it :) Chapters: ...

Noice. A lot of the old hobo stews are similar. Pack one source of protein, may it be canned or a varmint you kill, with as many carbs as possible. Throw in enough water to dilute the spices and enjoy. Best enjoyed spicy beyond believe to help with the long cooking period for the bones and tender meat. Always works out well for a long hike especially when paired with a hot cheap red wine you mix any fruit into. Good meals to pack your gear for 50km to 100.

I find it refreshing that olive oil be used to infuse Sichuan peppercorn into oil, especially given how well it could complement those along with more usage range than many may think. I do wonder how well it could work if using mustard seeds alongside in infusing them or using mustard seed oil for the purpose, especially heeding that mustard oil & olive oil can be used similarly to each other & even carry many akin health benefits

I was just looking at your channel 2 days ago to see if i missed an upload but here you are! really appreciate this amazing recipe and I will be making it as soon as possible.
