Headphones recommended! Great images deserve great sound. Markus Rebholz and Steffen Flach did go the extra mile for our main character. The Interceptor may have no dialogue, but he makes hundreds of different sounds. 12 microphones were placed in and around the vehicle to catch all the characteristic noises. Did they use a XB for the interceptor ? … I’ve always wanted one but shipping it to Hawaii would make it costly my mate in Australia has a pretty good AU ford muscle car collection..Landeau / John Goss XB and a XA I recall

Simply stunning. I played the Trumpet, French Horn, and Mellophone while in High School. The French Horn is such an emotional sound that it can convey triumphant, sadness, and joy. The whole instrumental score for the Hope and Glory is a master class on how to create and perform a 5 Star Movie sound track. Bravo!

Decent job but damm your budget sucked for props … the blower looked like it was 3d printed by a child and the slop in the belt makes me wonder if it was doing anything

A a long-term devotee of the original Mad Max saga, I must say that the effort, the attention to detail as well as the love you have all put into this project is inspiring. It is a wonderful homage to the films and rarely has such high quality been witnessed in a fan film. Congratulations to you all for persevering with this project, it cannot have been easy (or cheap) to produce but it is fans like you who keep Max moving across the Wasteland, in the last of the V8 Interceptors. It would have been a shame to blow it up. Love and respect to you all.
The dude falling on the chainsaw and getting hacked up is a direct reference to MANDY, this was so bad ass. 🤙
what is the car you used to make max's interceptor

@@Michellejosph the jaguar was right steering, the Gran Torino a left steering car. The crash was filmed with the Jaguar, correct

I love it!
There's one element here that is beautifully taken from the original 1979, and Mad Max 2 The Road Warrior that Beyond thunderdome and Fury Road was missing. And thats Max being MAD at the end and bloodthirsty for vengeance. Real beautiful!

Is this a Reference to the Video game mission, where *"Hope"* the mother asked max to find her daughter *"Glory"* ?
It is based on the graphic novel that came out first and paying hommage to elements from the video game

I'm quite impressed-good job! Max's hair is a bit too well-cut and clean for my taste, and the sound could be less Titanic-like orchestral, but anyway, you all did a very good job, and I would love to see another part of it.
