      Sorry I didn’t see this before now - I was away until last Tuesday and have been catching up with my full time job! Although most see a difference in weight within the first 2 weeks, lots of people don’t see a difference until a couple of months down the line. I think just getting used to the new way of thinking is important. How are you doing with it now? Did anything help in particular? I’d love to hear. ☺️

      @@PerimenopausePlus I have been saving screenshots of everything and right now we’re going through the different eating styles. I am looking forward to trying new things as I see how my body and hormones react. Thanks for this video-it’s probably the most relatable one for me I have found so far! I’m definitely going to keep referencing it as I go along.

    Widen your stance and let your hips drive backwards if you are struggling try a kettle bell to counter weight by holding in front of you and for the depth of the squat try to have your hips parallel to your knees when at the deepest position

    Even though I am still far away from being 40 but these tips are universal. Going for walks, having to go downstairs to refill water, and dancing while cooking are such great ways to keep active without actively "exercising". Thank you for these tips.     Brain fog can be a real issue with perimenopause, but I think you hit the nail on the head talking about the hit to self-confidence. I think that's a whole video idea right there. Also, I think this is a great idea for a channel. A lot of women going through this period of life and wanting to reinvent themselves. Information and community are important. You can do it!
