Can anyone tell are there different formats for emergency and non emergency referral letters?
Hi, can someone explain the information she got about patient being monitored for "24 hours" in the letter (writing part). I just want to be sure - can we add such details if they were not present in case notes?

It’s really hard for me listening , I can’t understand clearly words , This is my exactly issue 😢
The best way to improve any skill is to practise. Make sure you go through the exercises in your portal slowly and systematically. Repeat them until you are confident and are consistently getting them correct.
