Yes, thank you! Courts are so reluctant to use the word, fraud or lie in civil proceedings. Why can’t we call it what it is. Why do we need to play charades or beat around the bush? It’s a form of gaslighting when you discouraged from using the words to describe what you mean.

A good demonstration of everything that is wrong with the justice system.. How is telling a Health Visitor that you're in a controlling relationship 'the best corroberative evidence you can get" - well in a false allegations case it would be the best evidence you can get, because it'll be the only 'evidence' you can get.. This is a silver bullet. Especially when there are so many 'how to win sole custody' guides online - basically giving a check list of things to tell people. It's such a shame that extremely important, life changing things like child arrangements are based on the balance of probabilities - basically the court putting their finger in the air. The real tragedy is the pain and suffering caused to the children - but wait a minute.. the court and legal profession wouldn't seriously want to consider the best interests of children would they.... shocking

Hello Claire, we didn't manage to cover this question in detail, but the Government implemented an exception to the "rule of six" for persons within your household & support bubble (regulation 5(1)(a) under the "Rule of Six Regulations"). The guidance dealing with this is here: www.gov.uk/guidance/north-east-of-england-local-restrictions. Please do get in touch if we can help with any specific enquiries!
