I can tell this song will hit me like hard at a pivotal point in my life, few years from now. Just waiting. The scene: rain dumping on my car, on the freeway early in the morning dark after leaving someone behind I know I’ll never see again, I have to pull over in a nondescript parking lot to “do emotions”, then it’s back home with a dry mouth and the hollows.
