Hello, fellow adventurers! I'm Nikola Horvat, but you might know me as Tesla. The nickname Tesla was bestowed upon me in 2016 on the Pacific Crest Trail when fellow hikers asked if I was Nikola from Croatia, like Nikola Tesla. Since conquering the PCT in 2016 as the first Croatian to do so, I've continued to embrace a life of thrilling adventures.
Along the way, I've penned and published two books, delving into the tales of my expeditions. Currently, my focus is on crafting compelling documentary films and content centered around the world of hiking. Collegiate East - Colorado's finest hike
Join me on an epic hiking adventure from Salida to Leadville, traversing the rugged terrain of Collegiate Loop East. Contrary to popular belief, if the western side is snow-free, the eastern branch proves to be more challenging for hikers. Having experienced both routes firsthand, I can confidently attest to this fact. Along the way, we encounter iconic peaks such as Mt. Yale, Mt. Princeton, and Mt. Harvard, each adding to the allure of the trail. From breathtaking vistas to exhilarating climbs, this journey showcases the beauty and difficulty of Colorado's high country.

It's safe. Not many wild life here. But if you are coming for a good hike aim for Croatian Long Distance Trail. This short hike on island of Krk is really not so fun.

This is massively over dramitic. It's presented as if he's on a forced death march instead of doing something fun by choice. Stop whining. You chose to do it. If you hate it so much just quit but don't act like it's the trails fault.
This is part 2 of series. It is bounded with first film to make whole story real as possible. Also, I presume you didn't watch until the end because the end is self explainatory and it is clear that this is personal story with personal demons included. So maybe if you take all of that in consideration maybe you will understand what the poet wanted to say and that it is that this trail and him didn't went well on this journey and that vast number of factors was included: homesickness and death of a fellow hiker, just to name few. So hold your horses, I guess there is at least one good thing in the film so when you name it, and when you leave impression you've watched the thing until the end only then I can take your critique seriously

Fun to watch your journey! Was this ascent in summer 2023? I ascended Mt Massive late May 2023 and the snow with postholing was no joke. I ascended from the south west and descended the east slope to CDT.
