Hell no they don't go together. I had an old 366 in a truck that this guy drowned the plugs with anti seize. It fouled 7 plugs in no time.

2 Piece Lug nuts are a safety Design that the automotive industry came up with to address safety concerns of wheels coming off. Consider the scope of the problem. from the perspective of Millions of Drivers. from this scope, it is a common mistake for Drivers to excessively overtighten lug nuts, causing a dangerous situation where excessive pressure can break the Stud (causing it to "sheer" off.) this is ESPECIALLY likely to happen when least expected!!! (Like when going on vacation) ... driving down mountain roads, excessive heat building up in the wheels.... expansion of metal increased pressure on the studs causing Strech and increased potential of them sheering off. how it works: the 2-piece design the cap will start to deform during accidental overtightening the cap will break off eventually (when lug nuts have been excessively overtightened) this will cause the Driver to perceive damage this may deter from further overtightening as well as a sense to proceed with caution. additionally, if the driver continues overtightening the caps will break off the wrench will no longer fit snugly on the lug nuts. causing the bolt hex heads to strip if further overtightening is attempted. the end result is the prevention of excessive overtightening. this is why I prefer 2-piece design, however, i am knowledgeable in mechanical engineering and I don't mind using 1 piece lug nuts because I know what I'm doing. however, for the sake of redundancy and the potential for the unknown & the unknown/ unexpected situational circumstances, I prefer to error on the side of caution and enhanced safety. conclusion- contrary to common belief: "2-piece Lug nut is an inferior design".... the 2-piece lug nut design has been Developed thought extensive Research and Development teams from the multi-billion-dollar automotive industry, the 2-piece Design has become the Standard. well thought-out by engineers who were addressing safety concerns of significant importance. when a vehicle loses a wheel while driving at freeway speeds, or down mountain roads, it's not only dangerous for the driver, but other drivers on the road, for pedestrians, for adjacent housing. it's a hazard to the road surroundings in general. once the metal of the wheel studs is fatigued past the point of structural integrity, the wheel can come off at ANY TIME, quite a Safety concern indeed!

Installed a vvt solenoid on to my 2010 CRV. Car kept stalling no CEL. Went on a goose chase trying to find out what part it was and ended up replacing the throttle body, MAF. Didn't solve the issue. Got an OEM VVT and it fixed the issue. Never using your products again.
