They are doing test according to ASTM D4940. if use ISO 11127-4,6 testing time will be 60 miniutes. Sample of abrasive & water have to take 100+100 ml.

This is wrong on last step. Rest of the procedures is okay. In that conductivity meter there are two sensors which is captured the exact reading. But this video he put only on single sencor.

You have to pull out solution only ..4times cycke i jectuon and every time have to settle up to3minutes rest then you pull into syringe and pour again.read the standard..your device show on micro zimens and your calculation doesnt seems right.however at start you need to use zero sokution based which is zero on device.you had wrong solution.its 3 to choose.
Thanks for the video but for the next time please use a better tape which you can remove it completely. You left part of the tape glue on the first test page.

FInal reading will be the inital value of the distilled water subtracted from the filtrate measured value.
why do we discard the first 10ml?
I think it is in order to discard any floating non abrasive matter that can add conductivity to the test

That is 5 parts of 3ml because it's 15ml total x 1.2 to get mg/sqrd m ... 5x1.2x the difference... Which is 6 x the difference from before and after the test

what u r doing is wrong u have check the substrate after rubbing not the cloth parae
I think he changed the cloth!!
Air entrapped was their while tapping distilled water inside patch, air should not be inside checking......Salt contamination.
