Das Format vom KORG DSS-1 wäre der Knaller. Es gibt eine Software zum Übertragen in den DSS-1. Nennt sich DSSEND und ist OpenSource von JIM HEWES. Gibt’s bei BITBUCKET. Der Quelltext in C++ geschrieben und frei verfügbar. Vielleicht hilft das weiter. 😎 Ansonsten weiter so … Ein sehr gutes Projekt! 👍

Thank you for doing this. I tried CwM this afternoon with a multi-sample I had Auto Sampled using Apple MainStage. It worked great. Disting EX is a great multi-sample player. And now you've unlocked easier access to using it with more external libraries. Bravo. I find myself using more poly voices and MIDI in my Eurorack. Disting EX's Poly Wavetable algo is also a great poly voice. But there are also many others. There are some utilities called DEX that allow you to edit presets on your computer and they download into the Disting using MIDI Sysex.

Do you also support (or plan to support) 1010Music Bitbox sampler eurorack modules?

The fixed Firmware version is 1.25.2 and is already online! After the video I changed the code to always limit presets with stereo samples to 5 voices to safe you some work. EDIT: The playback issue is actually a bug and not a performance issue since the SW settings need to be one octave lower which made the distingEX do unecessary calculations. Will be fixed in the next update! And last but not least big thanks to Os from Expert Sleepers for sending me the test device!

Sorry, but what's the point? I use both DAWs, but it's obvious that large parts of two DAW outcomes can never be exchangeable due to the proprietary logic of it. So I would be happy if the valuable time of the excellent DAW developers would concentrate on bugfixing and stabilization and also building new valueable features (not gimmicks) . Especially when it comes to, for example, the use of the Apple efficient cores in S1 or a kind of event editing in Bitwig that -so far- remains as static and stiff within the track editing areas as Logic.

What would you use other than this? In the intro you mentioned better cheaper options if you didn't mind it being separate.

I love that people like you are making these script for everyone thankyou, im just considering buying a push 2, for both reaper and bitwig, i have 2 requests that basically do the same thing. 1. it would be amazing if you could use event list in reaper and scroll up and down notes to edit like a tracker on the push and toggle to previous or next midi note, editing start/end/placement/velocity/tune etc. 2. Or on piano roll edit note the same way. in this demo i cant see edit note placement or start or end points, is that possible to edit on the push? hope that makes sense, Im coming from an old MPC workflow and trying to recreate it with software. Cheers!

All I need to know like RIGHT NOW is how to open a saved template and I'm getting so much wordplay with you talking about so much information that is not needed to say "Here is how you open a saved template." I am working on a project literally right now. Just a suggestion. Make some videos where you say "do this. Do this. Bye." Boom boom! That's what most people want. Maybe I need to start my own channel!

Many thanks for that tutorial, helps a lot and works Now my problem: I created mappings for diferent plugins, but using only one and the same midi controller, mapped specifically for on and the same controller I want that only the current selected plugin, which is in the foreground or in focus, the one in use reacts to the midi controller and the other plugins in the back do not react. Lets says I have two plugings (A and B) I mapped plugins A and B individually to one and the same midi controller I mapped a control of plugin A to the midi controller's dial1 then I mapped a control of plugin B to the same midi controller's dial1 too Now when I use/turn the dial1 on the midi controller the settings on both plugins (A and B) get changed at the same time Both plugins (A and B) react to the dial1 movement on the midi controller, although I have only one specific plugin of the two selected, in the foreground Question: How do i achieve it that only the one plugin that is actually selected, or is in focus, lets say plugin A, reacts to the movement of the dial1 one the midi controller and not all the other mapped plugins as well? That in this case plugin B isnt affected by the movement as well. Hope my description of the problem makes sense, cause I cant find any information on that issue and cant figure it out on my own. I'm new to bitwig (adavnced on other daws) and i'm getting some real struggle .... my goal is to map a controller that does as well ,keyboard or a hw synth and i need to control the focused device / plugin . i tried with midi controller (keyboard ) assignation and if i move one knob on my hw controllers it controllers ALL devices mapped parameter . I then decide to use your script , but i lose the ability to play notes ? i'm so confused witrh the terminology and settings in bitwig .... in studio one i can have a controllers that is used as a controlleers and a midi keyboard with inlimited number of parameter (just watch my video on how to use console 1 with 3rd party plugins) don't know if i'm clear , but i'm trying to use my mdid controllers (keyboard ) that have more than 8 knobs and i want the mapping to be linked on the selected plugin gui ... can it be done ? (and i wanna play notes also lol )
