How does the bearing come off the pinion shaft has another piece in front shaped like a bearing don't spin tho I got the lock nut off finally need help with bearing removal info
I am having the exact same problem. Did you ever get an answer on how to remove the collar on the pinion shaft that prevents the bearing coming off?
? Not saying that anybody would want to do this, but if they didn't use reverse that much. Can you reverse the reverse gear for the forward gear? For the forward gear

Thanks for the video ! I did the head gasket and I was following your video to set the valves ! When I turn the flywheel and find the two lines the valves are not loose and it’s not at compression two more turns I no longer see the lines in the peep hole and valves are loose and ready to be set ! What can I do ? Thanks in advance
