Its a pity that Iceland is EXPENSIVE. A simple fact, seeing that we are a little island in the middle of the North Atlantic Ocean and most things have to be imported - at great cost. Fun fact: Icelandic salaries are high, so we locals do not really suffer too much. Another fun fact: Iceland being expensive means that everywhere else is INEXPENSIVE! For us Icelanders, traveling anywhere else seems dirt cheap. Norwegians (another expensive country) feel the same. No wonder we tend to travel a lot...

actually didn't like this video at all. I did a solo 15 days road trip around island and there are far too amazing places than the overly tourist places shown in this video. seemed like they were visiting these places just to post on social media
