If the speaker sticks out so far and it doesn't hit your ears then I have an idea why your GT Air is so loud. It just doesn't fit perfectly. Too much air swirls through the helmet and it transmits sound waves. With a helmet that has a tight fit, you usually don't have these problems, even if it is a slightly inferior model. These are things that I have noticed over many years. The better a helmet fits, the quieter it is.

I had to fix mine and it was painful but the secret is to plug in the USB port before you plug in the round audio port. I did not pull the side panel apart but I used tweezers and a pen to stabilize the aux Jack because it’s impossible to maneuver and pull up through the opening.

what if whenever i plug in my aux cord it doesn’t want to play the music audio

I got a new aux cord with a adapter to the I phone so the aux cord has two of the same ends. What I’m trying to get here is that no music comes out and it says “press memory key”
