Gotta say as an Aussie those confessions are SO spot on. I prefer the traffic systems in Europe more. And cafes might close at midday depending on where you live but definitely never seen a Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney cafe close before 3-4pm. The communal toilets are the worst thing on this list.

Alcohol laws are similar here in the United States. In Texas, you can buy wine and beer in the supermarket but not liquor. You’ll have to go to a separate liquor store like Spec’s or Total Wine

That beer and wine thing is in part of culture in the bible belt southern US too. Kind of annoying it was worse decades ago but have loosened up you will still find cities and counties that don't sell.

The bell bird or any other rainforest bird has a beautiful sound and we have colourful birds too ! The wild cockies are rather noisy lol and the magpie swoop and attack your eyeballs .

American living in Sydney here. Once made the grave mistake of eating sushi rolls while at the park. I was attacked by magpies 😭M boyfriend sitting next to me (Aussie) either didn't notice / was unbothered and I was balling my eyes out. I've never been attacked like that before omg Cockatoos too. They are always on my balcony and they are so big and always aggressive.
