no matter how many times I reformat the SD card with the SD cart formatter and/or remove and reinsert it, I still get error 32, any advice?

Hello, I don't know if anyone is still here and can help me but like it's getting on my nerve. When the SD card is formatted via the windows menu, I can have all 59 gb on my 64gb sd card But as soon as I format it to FAT32, it's locked at around 8gb for no reason ???? I would love your help because it's really annoying to deal with this without any answer on the internet.

TLDR - Make sure you have caught every monster as they each have an Arena quest once you have caught them.
