The Greatest Shortstop That Never Was: Troy Tulowitzki
Pete should be in the hall
It sucks that the Astros cheated, cause we don’t know how this game really would’ve been had they not cheated
Astros 2017 world champions 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Top 3 easy
October 26, 1991-current should be known as Kirby Puckett Day. Game 6 of that World Series was won thanks to him!
Now batting for Minnesota…the Center fielder…NUMBER 34 KIRBYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY PUCKETT!
Im a Twins fan and he is my favorite player. He could do it all. 87 and 91 World Champs
Most talented shortstop ever. Fun fact in 2015, Rockies had DJ LeMahieu, Arenado, Tulo, Cargo, Charlie Blackmon all in the same lineup.
and still 2017 Champs 🤘
And still cheaters😂😂😂😂
@@Rollotomassi099 and still hatin us ! 😂
Based on talent absolutly should be in the HOF. They didn't call him "charlie hustle" for no reason.
I remember being shocked at getting a push notification that the Blue Jays released Tulo. Releasing him really didn't make any sense unless majority of MLB teams truly believed he was never going to play at a major league level again. I'm sure they shopped him around before releasing him... why eat 100% unless you have to? Maybe you could even get a fringe prospect back.
FYI it used to be called the "DL" back then.
OF COURSE HE SHOULD BE IN THE HALL OF FAME! AMEN!
Numbers don’t lie he’s the best shortstop for sure to me
Impressive video quality for an account this size. You’ll grow in no time
Appreciate the comment💯
Grady was amazing but no
🔥🔥🔥
This is so good dude
Thank you brother!!
So underrated
Extremely
Glad to see my all-time favorite Indian getting some love....
Can’t forget how great he was getting to be
Tulos my dude injury prone or not. He was a blast to watch
It wasn’t just that Tulowitzki had better fielding numbers than Rollins in 2007… Troy Tulowitzki had the highest baseball reference dWAR in the MLB among all positions that year by a full win He had the highest fangraphs defensive component among all rookies (6th across all players), while Ryan Braun had the lowest among all rookies He tied for the highest fangraphs DRS at 31 while Rollins was tied for 48th with 5 Troy’s snub in 2007 was actually part of a six year streak of the highest dWAR player in the MLB not receiving a gold glove, cementing it’s title as the most erroneously chosen award in sports. It wasn’t insignificant that Tulowitzki replaced Clint Barmes either; Barmes had been 2nd among all positions in that stat in 2006.
He robbed Ron Gant not Grant
Dodgers got CHEATED!!!
With legalized gambling just about everywhere these days, Pete Rose needs to be in the Hall of Fame now 😊
As a Yankee fan I was so excited when he singed with the team but then... the injuries. You forgot to mention Derek Jeter was his idol hence the number 2 on his back and added a one in front of it when he played in NY.
Mel ott
Probably the best
Have you noticed that the MLB accused Pete only after he retired. He was to valuable before then because this would affect baseball revenue. Nice going MLB, after more than 30 years it’s time to buried the hatchet don’t you think!
The HoF is just a building. If you’re talking about Fame from being a player, then already in. When you think of names like Babe Ruth and Ty Cobb you can’t not think that the name Pete Rose is right there. There are guys in the HoF that you never heard of. So does that make THEM more famous? No. Rose a a despicable human. But he not only has more hits than anyone in MLB history, but imho he played the game harder than anyone I have seen and I’ve been watching baseball for 50 years. Idk if he bet against his team. But if they know that he did, then banning him means NOBODY is above the law. And it is a good thing for the sport. No one player is above the sport.
No. He's not.
It will always be Hank to me
Not yet
Nice video. Yeah Kirby doesn’t get talked about enough. He could do it all. Lacks the all time career stats of some because of his shortened career. But still a 1st ballot HOF’er. No one in baseball got more hits from 84-94.
Until they bring back the dead ball, Babe Ruth’s 29 in 1919 is the number to beat in my book. Everything else deserves an asterisk. Seriously, people put too much energy into caring about this.
Really?!? The flat of Pillar's chest hitting the flat of Tulo's back. The "impact" moved him about 3 inches. His head didn't snap back, his hat and glasses never moved. If he had had a raw egg strapped to his back it would barely have broken. How does that collision break bones? Considering the hits people take in football, rugby, hockey, etc. that are 100x harder and from more compromising angles, this is just bizarre to me. But that's baseball, I guess....
ALL RISE!!! HERE COMES THE JUDGE!!!
Obviously no
As of Right now yes id still put maris 1st until he's tested which I'm sure he was but I didn't see a report saying he's clean but maris was also in the age of using amphetamines unchecked so it's all a big bumblefuck lol
Exactly!
If someone won Jeopardy and they found out they had all they answers beforehand, they wouldn’t be the champion. Don’t see how you could consider Bonds the home run king if he did it breaking the rules of the game, doesn’t matter how much it influenced his chances of doing it.
No
Bonds didn't break the rules. So there's that.
@@tomturbo1317 how do you figure that

I always say Aaron Judge is a living cheat code. Best part of being a Yankees fan RN
He’s awesome
You misspelled Barry Bonds
My Home Run King is Roger Maris
👏🏾
I am
👀👀👀
Yes he should be as a player
Will always be the Greatest Short Stop no matter what
He was always me favourite player. Miss him!
Kirby is from my city. He’s just was from the Robert Taylor homes. He went to a high school not big in baseball. Never received a scholarship out of high school. He went to work at a ford motor factory. Someone he made it all work and became a hall of famer. As someone from the same city. He inspires me to this to keep chasing my dreams.
It’s pretty disrespectful to call a dude who played at the highest level for 13 years “a tragic career”….terrible luck with injuries that clearly slowed him down but he still managed to stay in the big leagues
It's crazy to me that my dad's best friends with his cousin
